The Audit management module is a functional tool that makes it possible to manage any kind of internal audits and inspections in a much simpler way, immediately reducing the costs of their execution and information management.
The module consists of three functionalities. Audit area management allows to divide the production line into areas where inspections will take place periodically. For each area, the system allows defining “auditors” authorized to work on it.
Audit type management, on the other hand, allows defining the different types of inspections, the sections to be created, the checklists to be declared and, above all, the scoring systems and rules for each checklist item to be evaluated.
Audit overview is the main function, that constitutes a complete system for the assignment, scheduling, execution and monitoring of inspections.
The planning function makes it possible to schedule inspections on the calendar, assigning them to one of the auditors who are enabled for the reference area. The system records the attribution and sends an immediate notification to the auditor. On the day of the inspection, at 00.00 a.m., the system makes it possible to carry out the activity, sending a new notification to the inspector, via smartphone or e-mail.
The auditor can carry out the inspection activity from then on and can do so without even entering the system but following the link in the notification. This allows him/her carrying out the internal audit easily and quickly from their smartphone. When the inspector records a non-conformity, the system automatically opens a "tag", which can be predefined in the design phase in the Audit type management function.
At the end of the inspection, the system records its closure, sending a notification to the manager. The manager, in the Audit overview, can then consult the scores obtained, but also the execution statistics, by area, by type and by inspector. Finally, the system provides extensive visual reporting including the analysis of delays in carrying out inspections and the percentage of completion.
