1. Overview of the list of skills

All skills can be viewed in the main table together with the detailed information containing: sector, area and the usage of the skill. Moreover, skills can be filtered.

Access the main page where the complete list of skills is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each skill listed you can view the “Sector”, the “Area” and identify if it’s used or not.

Scroll down the list to view the total number of items.

Then, use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs.

2. Overview the skill catalog structure

Page tree gives an overview of the skills structure showing the relations between the sector, area and skill. The informaiton shown can be filtered per branch.

Access the main page where the complete list of skills is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each skill listed you can view the “Sector”, the “Area” and identify if it’s used or not.

Click on the “Page Tree” button to analyze the skill catalog structure in detail.

The complete list of sectors is displayed.

Click on the specific sector to view the related areas.

Then, click on a specific area. Now, you can view all the related skills and have a complete overview of the hierarchical tree structure of the skill catalog.

3. Examine skill details

Main information can be seen in the skill details page, including documents which define the skill

Access the main page where the complete list of job skills is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each skill listed you can view the “Sector”, the “Area” and identify if it’s used or not.

Use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs and enter the specific skill to be analyzed.

Then, use the tab “Detail” to view all the information related to the skill you are analyzing. In the first section you can view the general data such as the “Sector name”, the “Area name" and the “Skill description”.

In the second section, you can view and upload the related documents.

4. Examine skill checklist

Skill capabilities for achieaving a higher level are defined within the skill checklist.

Access the main page where the complete list of job skills is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each skill listed you can view the “Sector”, the “Area” and identify if it’s used or not.

Use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs and enter the specific skill to be analyzed.

Then, access the specific tab to examine the “Capabilities checklist”.
