Skill diffusion ranking
1. Verify which is the skill with the highest or lowest level of certification
Click on the Skill diffusion ranking widget to proceed to the sector summary page.
Select the desired Sector and click on the lens icon to proceed to the area summary page.
Select the desired Area and click on the lens icon to proceed to the main page.
In the main page, click on the desired table header column name "Level 5" to order skills with the highest level of capabiplity.
The main table will order skills by the highest level of capability.

2. Select a set of skills by filtering
Click on the Skill diffusion ranking widget to proceed to the sector summary page.
Select the desired Sector and click on the lens icon to proceed to the area summary page.
Select the desired Area and click on the lens icon to proceed to the main page.
The main page shows the list of skills.
Skills can be filtered. Select the desired Corporation, Plant, Type and Department in the corresponding filter fields. Click on the button "Apply".
A list of skills with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

3. Identify which are people with competence certification on a skill
Click on the Skill diffusion ranking widget to proceed to the sector summary page.
Select the desired Sector and click on the lens icon to proceed to the area summary page.
Select the desired Area and click on the lens icon to proceed to the main page.
Select the desired Skill and click on the lens icon to proceed to the detail page.
In the detail page on the "Resources" tab shows data information of resources. Resources can be filtered. Select the desired Branch in the "Branch" filter field, select the desired Site in the "Site" filter field and select the desired Level in the "Level" filter field. Click on the button "Apply".
A list of resources with filtered competence certification on a skill will appear in the table.

4. Check details of a competence certification
Click on the Skill diffusion ranking widget to proceed to the sector summary page.
Select the desired Sector and click on the lens icon to proceed to the area summary page.
Select the desired Area and click on the lens icon to proceed to the main page.
Select the desired Skill and click on the lens icon to proceed to the detail page.
In the detail page select the tab named "Branch distribution". The tab Branch distribution allows to perform a distribution analysis of the skill levels in different parts of the organization. This tab is visible for the General manager.
In the detail page select the tab named "Site distribution". The tab Site distribution allows to perform a distribution analysis of the skill levels in different parts of the organization. This tab is visible for the General and Branch managers.
In the detail page select the tab "Department distribution". The tab Department distribution allows to perform a distribution analysis of the skill levels in different parts of the organization. This tab is visible for the General, Branch and Site managers.
In the detail page select the tab "Team distribution". The tab Team distribution allows to perform a distribution analysis of the skill levels in different parts of the organization. This tab is visible for the General, Branch and Site managers.
