Role profile Management
1. Create a new role profile
Role profile can be created with the button "New role profile".
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
At the main page click on the button "New role profile" situated at the right side of the page.
Button "New role profile" opens a pop-up where the type of the role profile (whitecollars or bluecollars) needs to be selected.
After the type is selected, the name of the role profile needs to be defined.
Additional information can be added such as: role profile description, the level of education and professional experience. After the information is defined, the role profile is created by clicking on the button "Save" in the bottom-right corner of the pop-up.
Finally, when a role profile is created you will be notified and the role profile will appear in the main table.

2. Overview of the list of role profiles
All role profiles can be viewed in the main table together with the detailed information containing: the type, number of job positions, number of resources and skills per job spec. Moreover, the data can be filtered.
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
Main page is consisted of three main parts: filters, main and summary table.
Role profiles can be filtered by type. For example, if the filter "Type" is set to Bluecollars (BC) and the button "Apply" is clicked, the main table will show role profiles with the BC type.
Role profiles can also be filtered by name. For example, if the word "manager" is entered the main table will show all the role profiles containing this word in their names.
Information contained in the main table includes: role profile name, the type of the role profile, role profile skills, job positions created using a certain role profile, number of resources asigned to the job position created from the role profile and possible updates of the sector weight.
Summary table gives a general overview of the all information presented in the main table. This table presents a total number of: role profiles, type of role profiles, number of job positions created from the role profiles, number of resources and number of skills.

3. Modify a role profile
Role profile can be modified or deleted if necessary.
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
Select a desired Role profile in the main page by clicking on "Detail".
In the detail framework page select the tab "Details" and click on the button "Modify".
Button "Modify" will open a pop-up which alows modification of the following information: role profile name, type and the description. After the information is modified click on the button "Save".
To delete a role profile, simply click on the button "Save" after which you have to answer with "Yes" on the notification pop-up.
The system will inform you that the role profile hav been successfully deleted and you will be directed to the main page.

4. Add skills to a role profile
Each role profile can contain "soft" skills from the skill catalog.
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
Select a desired Role profile in the main page by clicking on "Detail".
In the detail framework page select the tab "Skills".
WIthin the tab Skills, click on the button "Add skill".
Button "Add skill" will open a pop-up which gives a possibility to add up to 10 skills with the desired expected level. After the skills and the expected level are inserted, click on button "Save"
After the skills are successfully added, they will appear in the tab "Skills" showing the sector (Soft Skills), name of the skill, area and the expected level of the skill.

5. Compare role profile characteristics
Skill tree represents role profile skills where a certain skill can be added to more than one role profile. Furthermore, the expected skill level can be set.
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
In the main page click on the button "Tree".
The button "Tree" will open a pop-up showin all existing role profiles. By clicking on one of them a list of skills will open.
To add a skill to more than one role profile, select desired role profiles and click on "Add new skill".
Insert a skill name which does not already belong in the selected role profiles. Select an expected skill level and click on "Add Skill".
After the skill is added it will appear in the list of the role profiles` skill list. Within this pop-up, the expected level can be changed for both new or existing skills and they can be also deleted. To confirm all the changes, click on button "Save".

6. Determine sector weighted factors
Sector weighted factors shall be defined at the Role profile level of the job catalog. All sector weights sum up to 100%.
Access the Role profile widget which leads you to the main page.
Select a desired Role profile in the main page by clicking on "Detail".
Select tab "Configuration" in the detail page where you will see all the all the available sectors with the assigned sector weight.
By default, all sectors have equal weights (percentages), which can be changed by clicking on button "Modify".
Within the pop-up "Modify" select the checkbox "Fixed value" next to the sector which should remain unchanged. Then change the weight of sector of your choice.
When the desired sector wheights are defined (the rest of the sectors will have the automatic calculation up to 100%) select button "Save".
