Feasibility analysis

1. Monitor the feasibility analysis of loss reduction

Monitor the feasibility analysis of loss reduction

Click on the Feasibility analysis widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows feasibility analysis and the list of data with detailed information like: Project idea, Loss, Sub-unit, Domain, Operation, Root cause, Loss amount year, C Matrix, Percentage loss, Stratification, Methods (SAF, CD, FI, WO, AM, PM, QC, LCS, EEM, EPM, PD, ENV, ENR), etc.

Losses can be filtered. Click on the Advanced filters to open the advanced filters.

Click on the desired filters: Unit, Sub units, Domain and Operation to open their drop-down menu with options. Select the desired options. Click on the button "Apply".

A list of project ideas and losses with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

Click on the button "Show / hide methods" to hide methods from the main table on the main page.

The main table shows all the data except the hidden methods on the main page.

Click on the scroll on the main page and drag it to the right side to see all the information on the page.

After scrolling, we see all the information on the page.

On the main page select the desired project idea.

These columns in the main table on the main page show more information on losses, the year of the amount lost, and the percentage losses for the desired idea.

4. Evaluate the impact, cost and easiness (ICE) of the intervention

Click on the Feasibility analysis widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, scroll right with the scroll key, to view values in the Impact, Cost, and Easiness column. Their product will be displayed in (ICE) prioritization column.

Select values in the Impact, Cost, and Easiness column and their product will be displayed in (ICE) prioritization column. After evaluating the button "Schedule" will appears on the last column of each row of the main page table. Rows that have the schedule button available are only those which have been analyzed (with a value in the ICE prioritization column different from 0).

The (ICE) prioritization with Evaluate the impact, cost, and easiness will appear in the main table.

5. Start a project and determine the period of competence

Start a project and determine the period of competence

Click on the Feasibility analysis widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "Schedule" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up "Schedule", fill in all mandatory fields (Main method, Kaizen Type, Efficiency starting year and Efficiency starting month) with the desired data and click on the button "Save". By clicking on the button "Save", another pop-up will open to confirm the creation and to show which is the code the system has assigned to the new project.

In the second "Confirm Code" pop-up, fill in the mandatory field "Code" and click "OK" to create the project and the corresponding cell in the Approve column in the main page will contain this code.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Ok" to successfully start a project.

The project with the corresponding data (with the desired code) will appear in the Approve column in the main table.

Click on the Feasibility analysis widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the chart icon to open a drop-down menu with a list of available charts. Select the desired chart and click to proceed to the chart page.

Select the first tab on the chart page. The chart name is: "Loss analysis overview" and is a bar chart.  The bar "Total loss" displays data coming from the Strategic Analysis feature, the bar "Identified loss" displays the amount of identified losses in the current loss list, the bar "Under analysis" displays the amount of losses under analysis in the current loss list and the bar "Attacked in a project" displays the amount of losses attacked in a project. Bellow the chart there is a table which gives detailed information about the chart.

Select the second tab on the chart page. The chart shows all loss types: Loss types which have not been analysed  (ICE not calculated), which have been analysed and which have been scheduled. The chart name is "Feasibility analysis overview" and displays values. Bellow the chart there is a table which gives detailed information about the chart.

Select the third tab on the chart page. The chart shows all loss types: Loss types which have not been analysed  (ICE not calculated), which have been analysed and which have been scheduled. The chart name is "Feasibility analysis overview" and displays percentages. Bellow the chart there is a table which gives detailed information about the chart.

7. Save the current view in a file

Save the current view in a file

Click on the Feasibility analysis widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "Certify" to open the pop-up.

In the "Certify" pop-up, fill in the mandatory field (File name) with the desired data and click on the "Save" button. With this option, all current data will be stored in the database and will be able to be downloaded to the Excel file, you just need to select the name of this file to download it if needed.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Ok" to successfully save the file.
