Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Use filters and sortable columns to compare resources data.

You can use the filters to reduce the list and find a specific job.

Then, use sortable columns to change data order.

You simply need to double click on “Gaps” column to visualize the resource with the most relevant number of gaps at the top of the list.

2. Analyse team skills through charts

Three types of interactive graphs with relative tables are at your disposal: “Competence average level”, “Competence and excellences and gap” and “Average level for area”.

Through the interactive chart, select the fields you need to analyse and examine the results.

3. Update the assessment of a resource

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource and enter the detail. Access the tab “Evaluation” to verify the status of assessment process. Examine the available details, identify the skills to be evaluated and update the missing values. As a further step you’ll be able to rate the resource.

Select a specific resource to update the assessment.

Several details are at your disposal grouped into different areas. Use the tab “Evaluation” to check the status of the assessment. For each skill listed you can identify the “Sector” and “Area” of reference, the values assigned or to be assigned.

Identify the skills to be evaluated marked in red.

Check the “Legend” before proceeding.

You can now select the values to be assigned for each skill.

Once finished, the “Overall score” will be duly updated. As a further step you’ll be able to rate the resource.

4. Rate a resource

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Verify the assessment completion percentage and select a specific resource to be rated. Then, access the tab “Evaluation” to verify the assigned values and use the specific function to rate the resource.

Examine the evaluation completion percentage and use the sortable column to change data order. It’s possible to rate only when all the skills have been assessed.

Select the person to be rated.

Access the tab “Evaluation” where you can check the assessment values.

Then, click on “Rate” button to classify the resource.

If you go back to the previous page, you can view the coverage percentage duly updated.

5. Analyze the job requirements of a resource through the chart

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail. Then, access the tab “Evaluation” and analyze the skills radar chart using the specific function. Once finished, export the chart.

Access the tab “Evaluation” where you can check the assessment values.

If you click on the graph icon, you can take a look at all the available graphs. Use the second option to graphically analyze the job requirements.

The “Skills radar chart” is displayed. For each skill, you can easily verify the “Expected level” and the achieved one marked in different colours.

Then, perform a more in-depth analysis and identify the most important gap.

Once you have completed your examination, you can export the “Skills radar chart” using the specific function.

6. Analyze the gaps of a resource

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail. Access the tab “Gap analysis” to analyze all the skills with a lower level than the expected one. Then, identify the most relevant gap and get a graphical representation through the “Pareto of gap relevance” chart.

Use the column ”?” to change data order. The Skill with the most relevant gap will be at the top of the list.

Then, use the specific function to analyze the same data through the chart.

The “Pareto of gap relevance” is now displayed and you can easily identify the skill with the most relevant gap.

7. Open a development action

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail and access the tab “Gap analysis” to examine the gaps. Then, use the specific function to start a development action.

Access the tab “Gap analysis” where you can examine resource gaps and open a development action.

Use the column ”?” to change data order. The Skill with the most relevant gap will be at the top of the list.

Choose the skill with the most relevant gap and click on the specific function to open a “Reaction planning”.

A window is displayed where you can plan the development action. Define all the necessary details.

Once completed, click on “Create”.

A warning message confirms that the training action has been successfully created.

If you go back to the previous page you can see and manage the development action just created.

8. Manage development actions

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail and access the tab “Training” to examine all the development actions. Then, enter the detail to manage them.

Remove filters and click on “Apply” to visualize all the development actions.

Once you have defined the “Completion date” and specified if the object was achieved or not, you simply need to click on “Save” to certificate the development action.

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail and access the tab “Development history” to compare current skills levels to the previous ones. Then, download the chart.

11. Examine the evaluation history of a resource

Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page where the resources list is displayed. Select a specific resource to be viewed in detail, access the tab “Evaluation history” and analyze the improvements achieved over time.
