Resource management

1. Insert a new resource in the system

Insert a new resource in the system registry, specifying the fundamental data in order to provide for the related management.

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

To create a new resource click on the button "New resource".

Insert all the mandatory fields and click on the button "Save".

In the notification pop-up click on the button "Later" to create a resource with the inactive and unathorized status. If the button "Yes" is selected, the second notification pop-up will appear.

After the button "Yes" is selected in the first notification pop-up, click on the button "Later" to create the resource with the active and unathorized status.

After the button "Yes" is selected in the first notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to create the resource with the active and authorized status.

2. Import a set of resources from a spreadsheet

Import a set of resources from the spreadsheet template which is downloaded from the system

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

Click on the button "Import resources" to open the pop-up.

Click on the button "Download excel template" to export excel template.

The Resource management template document contains the following mandatory columns: CID, Surname, Name, Gender, Email, Username, Password. The other columns are: National ID number, Birth date, ,Birthplace and the Date of joining. Once the list of resources with their data is defined, save and close the document.

Go to the main page of the Resource management and click on the button "Import resources".

Click on the button "Next" to proceed to upload excel template pop-up.

Click on the button "Import data from excel" to choose the file to upload.

3. Filter the list of resources

Filter the list of resources by using the main attributes: gender, age, seniority, service condition, name, surname and CID.

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

To filter a single resource, define the filter (CID or surname and name) and click on the button "Apply". The resource will appear in the table.

Resources also can be filtered by advanced filters. Click on the "Advanced filters" to display advanced filters. These filters offer more detailed filtering by gender, national ID number, birth date, etc.

To filter a set of resources by their gender, define the filter gender and click on the button "Apply". A list of resources with the corresponding gender will appear in the table.

To filter a set of resources by their resource and login status, define the filters and click on the button "Apply". The list of resources with the corresponding statuses will appear in the table.

4. Activate and deactivate resources

Deactivate a resource or activate a resource which was previously deactivated.

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

Click on the "Advanced filters" to display advanced filters. These filters offer more detailed filtering by gender, national ID number, birth date, etc.

Define filters: CID, name, gender and login status. Click on the button "Apply". The resource will appear in the table.

Tick the checkbox in the column "Select to change resource status" next to the active resource and click on the button "Activate/deactivate selection".

To deactivate a resource click on the button "Deactivate".

In the notification popup, click on the button "Yes" to deactivate the selected resource.

To activate inactive resource, tick the checkbox in the column named "Change status". Click on the button "Activate/Deactivate selection".

In the pop-up, to activate a resource click on the button "Activate".

In the notification popup, click on the button "Yes" to activate selected resource.

5. Manage and modify personal data

Manage and modify all the personal data of each resource.

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

Filter the authorized resource with the CID number. Click on the button "Apply".

Click on the detail (lens icon) in the column to proceed into detail page.

Click on the button "Modify", to modify the personal data of the resource.

In the pop-up, change the personal data of the resource.

Scroll down the content of the pop-up to change the resource and login status.

Click on the button "Save" to update the new data for the resource.

6. Manage authorization of resources in the system

Authorize or deauthorize access to the system for one or more resources.

Click on the "Resource management" widget to access the main page.

To display advanced filters click on the "Advanced filters".

To filter a set of resources by their statuses, select in teh filters the "Active" resource status and the "Unathorized" login status and click on the button "Apply".

Scroll down the main page and tick the checkbox in the "Select to change login status" columns to select the resources. Then, click on the button "Authorize/unauthorize selection".

In the pop-up a list of selected unauthorized resources will appear. Click on the button "Authorize".

Click on the button "Yes" to confirm the action.
