1. Overview of the list of job specs

All job specs can be viewed in the main table together with the detailed information containing: group, sub-group and branch they belong to. Moreover, job specs can be filtered.

Access the main page where the complete list of job specs is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each job specs listed you can identify the “Group”, the “Subgroup” and the “Branch”.

Scroll down the list to view the total number of items.

Then, use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs.

Now, you can view and analyze the results of your research.

2. Overview the job catalog structure

Page tree gives an overview of the job specs structure showing the relations betweem the groups, sub-groups and job specs. The information shown can be filtered per branch.

Access the main page where the complete list of job specs is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each job specs listed you can identify the “Group”, the “Sub-group” and the “Branch”.

Click on the button “Page Tree” to analyze the job catalog structure in detail.

The complete list of groups is displayed.

Select a specific corporation. Then, view the list of related groups.

Click on the specific group to be analyzed more in depth to view the related sub-group.

Then, click on the sub-group. Now, you can also view the related job spec and get a complete overview of the hierarchical tree structure of the job catalog.

3. Examine job spec details

Main information can be seen in the job spec details including job positions created.

Access the main page where the complete list of job specs is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each job specs listed you can identify the “Group”, the “Sub-group” and the “Branch”.

Use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs.

Select the specific “Job specs” to be examined in detail.

Then, use the tab “Detail” to view all the information related to the job spec you are analyzing: the general data (“Job spec name”, “Official code” and the “Job spec description”) and the “Job positions created”.

4. Examine job spec requirements

Each job spec contain skills from the skill catalog.

Access the main page where the complete list of job specs is displayed (filters are not set by default).

For each job specs listed you can identify the “Group”, the “Sub-group” and the “Branch”.

Use filters to reduce the list on the basis of your needs.

Select the specific “Job specs” to be examined in detail.

Then, use the tab “Skills” to view the list of skills associated to this job spec. For each skill you can identify the Sector, the area and the expected levels.

Then, focus your attention on the skills with exceptions.

Identify the skill with exceptions in the list.

Click on the button “See exceptions” to analyze it in detail.

The “Role profile” with exception is displayed and you can identify the different expected level assigned to the skill.
