Training facilities management

1. Overview facility`s usage

Overview facility`s usage

Click on the Training facilities management widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of facilities.

Facilities can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Classroom" to order facilities by classroom.

The main table will order facilities by their classroom.

Facilities can be filtered by the following filters: Branch, Plant, Available from and  Available to. Click on the desired filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option. Click on the button "Apply".

A list of facilities with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

2. Create a new facility

Create a new facility

Click on the Training facilities management widget to proceed to the main page.

In the main page, click on the button "New facility" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, fill in all mandatory fields with a desired data and click on the button "Insert".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Ok" to insert a new facility.

On the main page scroll down and a new facility will appear on the page.

3. Define an availability calendar

Define an availability calendar

Click on the Training facilities management widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of facilities.

In the main page select the desired facility and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

In the detail page select the tab Calendar.

The Calendar tab contains a weekly / monthly calendar according to the attached file. Red cells in the calendar mean that the classroom is not available, and blue buttons that appear in the cells indicate which classroom is occupied on that date.

4. Modify facility attributes

Modify facility attributes

Click on the Training facilities management widget to proceed to the main page.

In the main page select the desired facility and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

In the detail page select the tab Classroom details.

In the tab Classroom details click on the button "Modify" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, modify data in the desired fields. Click on the button "Save" to apply new settings to the facility.

The notification pop-up appears that`s a new modified data was successfully updated.Click on the button "Ok" to confirm.

Click on the breadcrumbs to go back to the main page.

A modify facility will appear on the main table.
