KPI management

1. Create a new KPI

A new KPI can be created and described within the "New KPI" pop-up

Click on the KPI management widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "New KPI" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, fill in all mandatory fields with the desired data and click on the button "Save".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to create a new KPI.

A new KPI will appear at the end of the main table.

2. Overview the list of KPIs

All KPIs can be viewed in the main page table together with the detailed information containing the number of root causes associated with each KPI. Moreover, the data can be filtered.

Click on the KPI management widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of KPIs with detailed information containing KPIs description and the number of root causes associated with the corresponding KPI.

KPIs can be ordered. Click on the header column named "KPI name" to order KPIs by name.

The main table will order KPIs by their names.

KPIs can be filtered. Click on the "Root cause" filter field and select a desired option from the drop-down menu. Click on the button "Apply".

A list of KPIs with the corresponding data will appear in the main table.

3. Modify the KPI

KPIs can be modified or deleted if necessary.

Click on the KPI management widget to proceed to the main page.

Click on details (lens icon) on the desired KPI to proceed to the detail page.

In the tab Details, change the data in the desired field (mandatory fields must be filled in). Click on the button "Save" to apply new settings to the KPI.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to save changes.

A KPI will be updated with new data.

A KPI can be deleted. Scroll to the page and click on the delete button (trash icon) to remove the desired KPI.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to remove a KPI.

The KPI will disappear from the main table.

4. Manage root causes associated with KPIs

A root cause associated with a certain KPI can be managed in the way one needs to associate it with another KPI.

Click on the KPI management widget to proceed to the main page.

Click on details (lens icon) on the desired KPI to proceed to the detail page.

Select the tab "Contents".

In the tab table, to move root cause to another KPI click on the select which is in table column named "KPI" to open a drop-down menu and select the desired KPI.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to save changes.

Root cause with the new KPI will disappear from the tab table and it will be moved to KPI which was selected.

5. Change the KPI for root causes previously associated with another one

Root causes associated with the KPI can be managed in a massive way, moving all root causes combined to a certain KPI to another one using the "Change KPI" pop-up.

Click on the KPI management widget to proceed to the main page.

Click on details (lens icon) on the KPI to proceed to the detail page.

Select the tab "Contents".

Click on the button "Change KPI" to open the pop-up.

To move all root causes of the selected KPI to another KPI click on the select to open a drop-down menu and select a KPI. Click on the button "Save".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to move all root causes to selected KPI.

All root causes which are moved into another KPI will disappear from the tab table.
