Team Management

1. Monitor professional teams managed

Display the professional teams managed, sort them by type, score, objective, number of members and their specifi roles; filter them by manager (pillar leader) and professional team name (pillar name).

Click on the Team Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Pillars can be filtered. Click on the Manager filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired manager. Click on the button "Search".

A list of with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

Pillars can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Pillar" to order pillars by pillar name.

The main table will order teams by their names.

Click on the header column named "Manager" to order resources by manager name.

The main table will order resources by manager name.

2. Create a new structured team pillar leader

Use the corresponding button to search among available resources to appoint a new structured team pillar leader.

Click on the Team Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Click on the button "New structured site team leader" to open the pop-up to create a new structured site team leader.

In the pop-up, enter the name of the desired person in the "Person" field. The drop-down menu will be opened. Select the desired person from the drop-down menu.

Click on the "Pillar" field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired pillar. Click on the button "Save".

A new structured site team leader will appear on the Teams page.

3. Extract all member participations and their roles

Extract with the excel icon the list of all members and their participation to a professional team along with their corresponding role.

4. Manage and modify existing professional teams

Select a specific professional team from the main page, modify some general information, add and remove professional team members or change their roles; change expected levels "ad personam".

Click on the Team Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

On the Teams page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the teams modify page.

In the "General" tab, a manager can modify the general data of the team (in this case the pillar leader has been changed). Modify the desired data and click on the button "Save" to save new data.

Select the tab "Team".

To remove a member from the team, click on the trash icon in the column "Delete".

To modify a team member click on the button "Modify".

The detail page will be opened. To change the expected level of the phase tick the checkbox circle to select the level (from 1 to 5).

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to change the expected phase level.

The expected level of the phase has been changed.

5. Extract all skill evaluations for a specific professional team

Extract with the excel icon the list of professional team members, with their assigned skills, their expected levels, their self-assessments and their evaluation and evaluation date.

6. Activate/deactivate self assessment on professional team

Activate and deactivate self-assessment for any member of the professional team; activate/deactivate them massively.

Click on the Team Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

On the Teams page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Teams modify page.

Select the tab "Self-assessment".

To activate a resource for the desired team member click on the "Inactive" button.

The notification pop-up appear. Click on the button "Yes" to activate a resource.

A resource will change the status from inactive to active.

To deactivate a resource for the desired team member click on the "Active" button.

The notification pop-up appear. Click on the button "Yes" to inactivate resource.

A resource will change the status from active to inactive.
