In the “Process” environment, all modules revolve around the concept of "operations" and provide a set of functionalities to manage the improvement of the production process lead by the production operators.
The first module is "Operators Management". It is focused on the certification of abilities and provides an opportunity to set different configurations for the production line, associating operations of the production cycle to the workstations specifically intended for each configuration. Operators can be evaluated on single operations and trained. To be ready to cover a workstation, they must be able (certified on every operation of the workstation) and must also satisfy the workstation's requirements in terms of health, safety, knowledge and so on. “Operators Management” delivers all the tools required for managing the production workforce in a company effectively.
The "Process Improvement" module manages the collection of suggestions made by operators. The module integrates all of the subsequent activities: implementation management, responsibility change requests, benefit certification, best practices promotion and diffusion. “Improvements Search” and “Operators Rewarding Management” are also included in the module.
"Health Safety and Environment" is a complete system to promote and collect risk alerts related to the Environment, Health and Safety in the work environment. The system then delivers tools to provide the PDCA cycle to analyse root causes, highlight countermeasures, implement them, check the results, diffuse the solution and make any kind of report to define the general strategies.
The "Audit management" module is a functional tool that allows managing internal audits and inspections in a much simpler way, immediately reducing the costs of their execution and information management. Its main function (Audit overview) is a complete system for the assignment, scheduling, execution and monitoring of inspections, and can be operated using the smartphone. At the end of the audit procedure, the system provides extensive visual reporting including the analysis of delays in carrying out inspections and the percentage of implementation.
The “Project management” relates between information on projects, costs, benefits, availability and proficiency of the participants and provides all necessary tools to instruct, plan, manage and control the improvement project in any type of professional environment.
The “Economics management” module is a DSS (Decision Support System) designed for the management of continuous improvement programs for complex processes. The module has all necessary functions to analyse the losses of a process, define intervention priorities, schedule changes, monitor their performance, assess their impact and identify the most effective action methodologies for subsequent periods.
