The Recruitment management module is a complete ATS (Applicant Tracking System), able to drastically reduce the time needed to analyze CVs, perform profile searches and cross-check available resources with job offers. It has been designed with the aim of acting as a management back-end for platforms to match job searching with job offers.
This is because the system is equipped with detailed and complete libraries for the analysis of each type of job position. These libraries allow an accurate and fast profiling, both of candidates and of job offers and they can be easily customized for vertical applications in specific professional fields.
The module is born in the spirit of GDPR and provides for the native management of all aspects of privacy protection, allowing this aspect not to be an obstacle to functionality, but an opportunity that makes user interaction much more transparent and secure. The management of data processing authorizations is carried out both by e-mail and SMS and allows registrations to the service perfectly compliant with the rules.
The management of dataset is simple and complete. The management of client companies, carried out through the Company Department Management feature, allows the connection of multiple departments/branches to the same company and defines a different manager for each of them, enabled to enter and manage job offers.
The management of Subscribers is enriched with extremely powerful profiling features. The system creates the user's CV through the association of work experiences and academic qualifications with libraries' repertoires. Equally structured is the management of soft and linguistic skills. This allows you to automatically generate Curriculum Vitae and have total control over the characteristics of each candidate.
Candidates can also create their own "job alerts", that are the conditions for which to be notified when an offer with certain characteristics is inserted. The management of these searches is carried out through the Job Searching function, while the management of the offers is carried out by the Job Offers feature.
Both of these functions allow a candidate to be matched to an offer through manual search tools by using filters, or by relying on the algorithms of the system that determine the compliance of each candidate for each offer.
The management of the selection process, carried out through the Selection Management function, allows to verify all the characteristics of the potential candidates, integrating the information already present with the outcome of the assessment and interviews. The feature also allows candidates to be presented to companies, generating emails and comparative presentation documents with respect to the requirements of the offer.
Finally, the follow-out of the application is allowed by the Application Management function, through which the outcome of each presented candidate can be tracked and the “trial period” and the “hiring” of the candidate can be managed.
