Evaluators Management

1. Activate an inactive evaluator

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, focus your attention on the status of the evaluators, identify the inactive ones and select the specific evaluator to be activated.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the Evaluators. For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

The system shows you all the evaluators at first (filters are not set by default). *

*Data visibility levels change on the basis of the profile.

Focus your attention on the column status. In order to quickly identify the inactive evaluators, click on the sortable column to change the order of data visualization.

The inactive evaluator will be at the top of the list.

Identify the specific evaluator whose status you need to modify and click on the specific function to proceed.

Once you have confirmed the operation, you’ll see the status of the evaluator duly updated.

2. Deactivate an active evaluator

Access the main page and check the complete list of evaluators and view related details. Then, focus your attention on the status of the evaluators, use sortable column to identify the active ones and select the specific evaluator to be deactivated.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the Evaluators. For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

Focus your attention on the column status. In order to quickly identify the “Active” evaluators, double click on the sortable column to change the order of data visualization.

Active evaluators will be at the top of the list.

Identify the evaluator whose “Status” you need to modify and click on the specific function to proceed.

Once you have confirmed the operation, you’ll see the status of the evaluator duly updated.

3. Freeze an active evaluator

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view related details. Then, focus your attention on the status of the evaluators, use sortable column to identify the active ones and identify the specific evaluator to be frozen by using the specific function.

For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

Examine the list and identify the evaluator to be frozen.

4. Unfreeze a frozen evaluator

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, focus your attention on the status of the evaluators, use sortable column to identify the frozen ones and identify the specific evaluator to be unfrozen by using the specific function.

For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

Then, identify the evaluator to be unfrozen.

Click on the button “Unfreeze”.

Then, click on “Yes” to confirm.

5. Enable a team to manage the self-assessment

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, focus your attention on the self-assessment and analyze the possible action you can perform. Then, identify the evaluator whose team you need to be enabled to the self-assessment and use the specific function to proceed with this operation.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the Evaluators. For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

Focus your attention on the column “Self-assessment”. You can perform two types of actions: “Deactivate” (disable the self-assessment of all the resources to be evaluated by a specific assessor) or “Activate” (enable the self-assessment of all the resources to be evaluated by a specific assessor).

Then, identify the evaluator whose team you need to be enabled to the self-assessment.

Click on the button “Activate”.

Then, click “Yes” to confirm.

Now, all the team will be able to proceed with the self-assessment.

6. Look for a specific evaluator

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, use filters to identify a specific evaluator and view the result of your research.

If you’re looking for a specific evaluator, type his personal details in the specific fields (Surname, Name or CID). Then click on “Apply”.

Now, you can view the result of your research.

7. Check team members list

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, use filters to identify a specific evaluator and use the specific function to check team composition.

For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

If you need to verify the team of a specific evaluator, use filters to quickly identify him.

Now, you can view the team list associated to the evaluator you have just selected.

8. Check the activity indicators of the evaluator

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Use filters to identify a specific evaluator and check the activity indicators. Then, use the specific function to verify the team list in detail and analyze it.

For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

If you need to verify the activity indicators of a specific evaluator, use filters to quickly identify him.

You can easily verify the activity indicators of the evaluator. The first one is related to the total number of resources to be evaluated.

The second one highlights the total number of resources that have been already evaluated.

If you need to check the list in detail, use the first function.

Now, you can view and scroll down the team list associated to the evaluator.

Then, use sortable column to change data order. You’ll find at the top of the list the resources to be evaluated (marked in red) followed by the resources that have been already evaluated (marked in green).

9. Require a massive self-assessment

Access the main page, check the complete list of evaluators and view the related details. Then, focus your attention on the self-assessment and analyze if there are self-assessments to be activated. Then use the specific function to require a massive self-assessment.

For each of them you can check the personal details, the data related to the evaluations (“Resource to be evaluated”, “Self assessment” and “Resources evaluated”), the “Status” of the evaluator (“Active , “Inactive” and “Frozen”) and the possible “Actions” (“Activate”, “Deactivate”, “Freeze” and “Unfreeze”).

Focus your attention on the column “Self-assessment” and check if there are self-assessments to be activated.

If you need to require a massive self-assessment, you simply need to click on the specific button. In this way, all the team members will be enabled to the self-assessment profile.
