Requirements Management

1. Check available requirements

Access the dashboard widget to go the detail page. Then check the requirements of your plant grouped into three different areas: Risks Prevention, Licenses and Mandatory training.

The requirements management page contains these three tabs: Prevenzione rischi, Patenti and Formazioni Obbligatoria (one for each kind of requirement).

 Use the first tab to check the list of requirements classified as “Risks prevention”.

Then, check all the requirements classified as “Licences” in the second tab.

Finally, access the third tab to check the list of the requirements classified as “Mandatory training”.

Untick the checkbox on the desired requirement to deactivate it.

The requirement has been duly deactivated.  The requirements not associated with one or more workstations can be deactivated (in this case the column “workstation” is empty).

2. Activate and deactivate the management of a single requirement

A list of any possibile mandatory requirement is hosted in the application, but not all of them are appropriate for every site. If the current list is redundant or lacking for something, you can scroll the list and choose to unveil preaviously hidden requirements. Otherwise, you can exclude some requirements from the current list of the site.

Access the dashboard widget to go to the Requirements management page.

Select the "Formazioni Obbligatoria" tab.

This tab allows to overview workstations and resources of each requirement, activate/deactivate requirements and modify data: the expiration date, update duration in hours and update the expiring date in days/months/years

Scroll to the tab and select a requirement which is not activated. Click on the checkbox in the "Active" column to activate a requirement.

Fill in the "Hours" and the "Expiration" fields with the desired data.

Select the desired option from the "Expiration" column.

Click on the button "Save" to update a new status of a requirement.

A requirement is now in the active status.

3. Set up the duration of a requirement certification

Each requirement, when it`s applied to one specific site, can refer to a different national law. This is why the same requirement can have a certification with a different duration. This attribute can be set defining the standard duration of a certification for each accepted requirement.

Access the dashboard widget to go to the requirements management page.

Analyze the requirements in the list.

Identify the specific requirement and set up the expiration date in the expiration table column.

Define the expiration date in detail and click on the button “Save” once finished.

The standard duration of the requirement has been duly fixed.

When the duration of the requirement expires, in order to extend the duration of the request fill in these two fields with the desired data:

  • Update duration (hours) and
  • Update expiring (days/months/years).

Click on the button "Save" to update the duration of the requirement.

The updated duration of the requirement has been duly extended.
