Improvement phases

1. Create a new improvement phase

A new improvement phase can be created, assigned to a specific phase colour and described within the "New phase" pop-up.

Click on the Improvement phases widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "New phase" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up "New phase", fill in all mandatory fields (Phase name and Phase color) with the desired data and click on the button "Save".

In the "Success" notification dialog, click on the button "Ok" to close the notification.

A new improvement phase will appear in the main table on the main page.

2. Overview the list of improvment phases

All improvement phases can be viewed in the main page table together with the detailed information containing: their phase colour and the number of tools assigned to them. Moreover, the data can be filtered.

Click on the Improvement phases widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of improvement phases with the detailed information containing: their phase color and the number of tools assigned to them.

Improvement phases can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Phase name" to order phase by name.

The main table will order improvement phases by their names.

Improvement phases can be filtered. Click on the "Phase name" input field and insert the desired phase name. Click on the button "Apply".

A list of improvement phases with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

3. Modify the improvement phase

Improvement phases can be modified or deleted if necessary.

Click on the Improvement phases widget to proceed to the main page.

In the main table select the desired phase name and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "Details" tab. The details tab contains detailed information about the desired phase (Phase name, phase color and description.)

In the tab Details, click on the "Phase name" field to modify the desired phase name, choose the desired color on the "Phase color" field and click on the description field to modify description. Click on the button "Save" to apply new settings to the phase.

In the notification pop-up "Save" click on the button "Yes" to save changes.

Click on the breadcrumbs to go back to the main page.

A improvement phase with a new data will appear in the main page.

In the main table select the desired phase name and click on the delete button (trash icon) to delete the phase.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to delete the improvement phase.

The improvement phase will disappear from the main table.

Improvement phases

4. Manage improvement phases for methods and tools

Improvement phases associated with methods and tools can be managed in the way one needs to shift a combination of method and tool to another phase.

Click on the Improvement phases widget to proceed to the main page.

In the main table select the desired phase name and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "Contents" tab.

This tab lists all methods and tools associated with the selected phase name.

Methods and tools can be filtered. Click on the "Method" filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option. Click on the button "Apply".

A list of methods and tools with the corresponding data will appears in the table.

On the table in the "Phase name" column click on the "Phase name" filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option.

In the notification pop-up "Success", click on the button "Ok" to successfully update phase.

A method and tool with a new phase name will appear in the table tab.
