Application management
1. Monitor current candidates
Check data in the widget chart and KAI. Access the main page, check the list of current candidates. Filter applicants by: offer, company, name and application status
Click on the Application Management widget to proceed to the main page.
Compare the data on the widget (KAI) and list of current candidates on the main page.
The list of applications can be filtered. Click on the "Status" filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option. Click on the button "Apply".
A list of applications with the corresponding data will appear in the table.
The list of applications can be ordered. Click on the table header column "Candidation date" to order the list of applications by Candidation date.
The main table will order the list of applications by Candidation date.

2. Analyse information about candidates
Display and analyse candidates information and access to their personal card and to the offer card.
Click on the Application Management widget to proceed to the main page.
Select the desired candidate (with rejected status) and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.
In the detail page select the "Candidate card" tab. The "Candidate card" tab shows personal data information of the candidate. The candidate has a "rejected" status.
In the detail page select the "Offer card" tab. The "Offer card" tab shows some information (regarding the reference) of the offer and landing page of the offer. And this tab shows the information that the candidate has a "rejected" status.
Scroll down the tab and to see some information (Presentation of the candidate, Compliance with the expected role, Possible benefits in hiring, Requirements, etc...)

3. Manage the current application
Analyse candidates in the various selection procedures; decide whether to accept or reject the candidate; in this latter case, specify whether the company rejected the candidate or the candidate refused the offer.
Click on the Application Management widget to proceed to the main page.
Select the desired candidate and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.
In the detail page on the tab Candidate card click on the button "Candidation accepted" to accept the candidate.
In the pop-up "Start trial period" click on the button "Start trial period" and the candidate status passes to "on trial".
The notification pop-up appear. Click on the button "Yes" to save new changes of the candidate status.
When the current application has been accepted, the application status passes to "Trial period".

4. Manage the trial period
If the candidate has been accepted, decide whether the trial period has been successfully passed or not; in this latter case, specify whether the company rejected the candidate or the candidate refused the offer.
Click on the Application Management widget to proceed to the main page.
Select the desired candidate and click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.
In the detail page select the "Candidate card" tab. Click on the button "Trial period closed unsuccessfully", to indicate that the trial period has been unsuccessfully passed.
In the pop-up click on the button "Rejected by the company" when the decision comes from the company or the button "Rejected by the candidate" when the decision comes from the candidate.
The notification pop-up appear. Click on the button "Yes" to save new changes of the candidate status.
When the current candidate has been "rejecteed", the candidate status becomes "rejected".
