Project team management is a minor module that is normally used in addition to Staff Evaluation.

Project team management is a minor module that is normally used in addition to Staff Evaluation. It enables the manager to create teams, determine the required skills and the requested levels, associate team members, evaluate them on these skills and, eventyally, promoting and managing the skill development actions. Using this module is possibile to freely create teams not only on a real project but also for any other kind of purpose.
Project Team Manager is granted by a Project Team Site Manager which will create teams and assign them to managers. Every resource in the Site can become a Project Team Manager. Every resource in the Site can be selected as Team member by a Project Team Manager.
The taxonomy is completed by the upper levels, Branch and General, that have the possibility to act in place of the lower level profiles.
