Workplace Configuration
1. Display and analyze production configurations
Display and analyze production configuration and monitor all the workplaces of the plant, use filters to select a specific sub-unit to be analyzed, refine your search and analyze the related results.
The Key Activity Indicators in the dashboard widget show the total number of workstations and the average number of operations in relation to the workstation.
You can see the same data in the chart where the total number of workplaces and workstations is represented for each unit of the plant.
Access the main page to monitor all the workplaces of the plant. As you can observe, the system shows you the complete list of the workplaces at first.
Go down to check the consistency of this list. The total number of items is reported on the left side.
Set the parameters of your search through the use of filters.
Refine your search through additional filters and analyze the related results.

2. Create a new production configuration
Observe the actual configuration of the plant, choose and analyze a specific unit and create a new production configuration.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The main page shows you the complete list of workplaces. Click on “Manage Configuration” to manage the configuration and create new ones.
Now, the structure of the plant is displayed with the complete list of units and related sub-unit.
Select the specific unit you need to update.
Click on “New Configuration” to add a new one.
Add all the necessary details and click on “Save”.
You can now observe the new configuration you have just added in the system.

3. Create a new workplace
Monitor the configuration of the plant, choose the specific unit you need to analyze and update its configuration with the creation of a new workplace.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The main page shows you the complete list of workplaces at first.
Select the specific unit you need to analyze through the use of filters.
Click on “New Workplace” to add a new workplace in the specific unit you have just selected.
Define and add all the necessary details and click on “Create”.
You can now observe the new workplace you have just created.

4. Modify attributes of an existing workplace
Observe the configuration of the plant, choose the specific unit you need to analyze and update its configuration modifying the attributes of an existing workplace.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The main page shows you the complete list of workplaces.
Use filters to select the specific unit you need to analyze.
Enter the detail of the workplace you need to modify.
View the resulting information and click on modify.
You can identify the details to be modified and proceed with the updating.
If you go back to the previous page, you can observe the identification number of the workplace duly updated.

5. Assign operations to a workplace
Observe the configuration of the plant, choose the specific unit and sub-unit you need to analyze and update its configuration assigning new operations to a workplace.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
In the main page the complete list of workplaces is displayed.
Use filters to select the specific unit and related sub-units you need to analyze. Identify the workplace to which assign a new operations and click on the detail.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. Use the tab “operations” to manage the operations.
Identify and add the missing operations in order to update the configuration of the workplace.
If you go back, you can observe the number of operations assigned to the workplace duly updated.

6. Assign requirements to a workplace
Observe the configuration of the plant, choose the specific unit and sub-unit you need to analyze and update its configuration assigning new requirements to a workplace.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
In the main page, the complete list of workplaces is displayed.
Use filters to select the specific unit and related sub-units you need to analyze. Identify the workplace to which assign new requirements and click on the detail.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. Use the tabs “Risks Prevention”, “Licences” and “Mandatory Training” to manage the configuration of the workplace.
Analyze all the requirements related to the “Risks prevention” and add the missing ones.
Examine also the other areas in order to identify and add additional requirements.
If you go back to the previous page, you can observe the number of requirements assigned to the workplace duly updated.
