Assessment management
1. Display the list of project teams and select a specific team
Display the list of project teams and some information about these teams; sort by team name, expiration date, number of skills, type and objective; filter by team manager; select a specific project team.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
The Team overview page shows the list of all project teams including data like: Name, Pillar Leader, Expiration date, Skills, Type, etc.
The list of teams can be ordered. Click on the table header column "Name" to order the list of teams by team name.
The list of teams can be filtered. Click on the "Leader" filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option. Click on the button "Search".
A list of teams with the corresponding data will appear in the table.
On the Team overview page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Team overview members page.
On the Team overview members page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Detail page.
The team member with detail will appear on the Detail.

2. Show skill gap anlysis on project teams
Press on the corresponding button to go to the skill gap analysis of all project teams.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
In the Team overview page click on the button "Skill Gap" to go to the skill gap analysis of all project teams.
Click on the button "Skill Gap" to open a drop-down menu and select the desired sector. Click on the desired sector.
Report page shows a list of skills with the corresponding data in the table.

3. Show skill level diffusion on project teams
Press on the corresponding button to go to the skill level diffusion analysis of all project teams.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
In the Team overview page click on the button "Skill level diffusion" to go to the skill level diffusion analysis of all project teams
The Team skill levels page shows the list of team skill levels including data like: Skill, Evaluations, Levels and detail.
On the Team skill levels page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired skill to proceed to the Team skill level details page.
The Team skill level details page shows the list of resources evaluated for the skill which was previously selected, including data like: CID, Surname, Name, Job position, Date, Evaluator and Level.

4. Access to the list of members of a specific project team
Check the list of members of a specific project team; sort data clicking on the header of every column; enter into detail of a selected member.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
The Team overview page shows the list of teams including data like: Name, Pillar Leader, Expiration date, Skills, Type, etc.
On the Team overview page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Team overview members page.
Team overview members table can be ordered. Click on the desired table column header to order the list of members.
The team overview members table will order the list of team members by name.
On the Team overview members page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Detail of page.
The Detail page shows list of skills for selected team member.

5. Show skill gap analysis and skill level diffusion analysis on a specific project team
Press on the corresponding button to go to the skill gap analysis or the skill level diffusion of a specifi project team.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
The Team overview page shows the list of teams including data like: Name, Pillar Leader, Expiration date, Skills, Type, etc.
Click on details (lens icon) for the desired team to proceed to the detail page.
Click on the button "Skill Gap" to open a drop-down menu and select the desired sector. Click on the desired sector to proceed to the report page.
The report page shows a list of skills with the corresponding data in the table.
Go back to the Team overview members page.
Click on the button "Skill diffusion level" to proceed a Team skill levels page.
The Team skill levels page shows the list of team skills, including data like: Skill, Evaluations, Levels and detail.

6. Check a specific project team chart
Open with the chart button the competence average level graph and the highest level of each tool graph for the selected project team.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
On the Team overview page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Team overview members page.
On the Team overview page, click on the chart icon to proceed to the Report page.
Report page shows the chart with the Competence Average Level and the chart table which is below the chart.
Scroll down the page to see the chart with the Highest Level for each tool chart for the selected project team and the chart table data.

7. Assess or modify evaluations for each project team member
Assess every skill or modify existing evaluations for the selected team member; eventually, accept self-evaluations; print the card.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
On the Team overview page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Team overview members page.
On the Team overview members page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Detail of page.
The list of team member skills will appear on the Detail page.
In the Detail page, the manager can modify the evaluation data of the team member (in this case the evaluation has been changed). Modify the desired data and click on the button "Accept all" to accept new data.
The notification pop-up appear. Click on the button "Ok" to uploaded the Self assessment.
Click on the print icon to print information from the page.
The team member will change evaluation will appear on the Team overview members page.

8. Check the team member skill radar chart
Show the skill radar chart of the selected team member; compare current evaluation with previous evaluations.
Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.
On the Team overview page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired team to proceed to the Team overview members
page.
On the Team overview members page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired member to proceed to the Detail of page.
On the Detail page, click on the chart icon to proceed to the Report page.
Report page shows the team member skill radar chart with current evaluation, previous evaluation and the chart table which is below the chart.
