Requirements qualification

1. Compare Unit aggregated data

Check the widget, access to the site level summary page, look at the Unit rows. Aggregated data on requirement certification show, for each type of requirement, how many certificates are expired, are going to expire in one month or have a longer residual duration. This data can be analyzed also by the charts. As a further step, it will be possible to go into a specific unit and compare the sub-units.

The dashboard widget shows you the key activity indicators of the Mandatory Requirements classified according to their expected deadline: valid, expiring and expired.

Access the summary page to view the aggregated data on requirement certification. Each row reports all the related details of a specific Unit and you can easily compare the data provided by the system.

Analyze the data more in detail. Click on the button “Show Legend” to identify and verify the requirements classified according to the time status.

Then, click on the graph icon to analyze data through the graphic representation.

The chart shows you the requirements related to the last twelve months at first.

Define the period you need to monitor through the filters and analyze the resulting details.

As a further step, you will be able to go into the specific unit you need to analyze and compare the related sub-units.

2. Compare Sub-Unit aggregated data

Check the widget, access to the site level summary page, look at the Sub-Unit rows. Aggregated data on requirement certification show, for each kind of requirement, how many certificates are expired, are going to expire in one month or have a longer residual duration. This data can be analyzed also by the charts. As a further step, starting from that point it will be possible to go into a specific Sub-unit and compare different operators compliance to the requirements.

The table shows you aggregated data on requirement certification of each sub-unit and you can easily compare the data provided by the system.

3. Compare operators` compliance to requirements

Check the widget to have a preview of the general data of the sub-unit. Enter in the list of the operators and filter the population you are interested in (by shift or production domain). You can use filters or order the result to highlight operators with some specific occurrences. Charts allows you to represent the same data in a visual mode.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activities Indicators of the Mandatory Requirements classified according to the expected deadline: valid, expiring and expired.

Choose the specific sub-unit.

Now, you can get a general overview of the complete list of resources and their requirements.

Set the parameters of your search using the filters “Shift” and “Domain” and analyse the resulting details comparing operators’ compliance to the requirements.

Then Click on the graph icon to get a visual representation of the requirements.

The chart shows you the details related to the last twelve months at first.

Since the graph is interactive, you can define the subject of your analysis excluding the fields you don’t need.

4. Display and print the requirements coverage matrix

General data in a sub-unit can be managed also in a visual mode, using the requirements coverage matrix. From the list of the operators, access the specific functionality. Reduce the displayed data set using filters. Enlarge and reduce the dimensions of the matrix to fit with your data set. Press on the print button to show the print-formatted version and, finally, send the file to the printer.

Select the sub-unit.

The system displays the complete list of people and the related requirements. Click on the matrix functionality to generate the requirements coverage matrix.

You can now analyze in detail all the requirements assigned to the resources.

Select the data set to be viewed using the filters and then click on the diagonal arrows on the right to enlarge the visualization.

Now all the details are more visible and you can use the scrollbars to scroll the content of the requirements coverage matrix.

Then, click on the print icon to get the printed document of the cover matrix.

5. Assign or renew a requirement by visual management

In the matrix every cell is operable. Clicking on an empty cell, you can confirm that an operator is certified on a mandatory requirement. Clicking on a full cell, you can renew and modify the existing certificate.

The summary page shows you the aggregated data on requirement certifications of each unit. Select the unit you need to analyze and enter the detail.

Select the sub-unit.

The system displays the complete list of people and the related requirements. Click on the matrix functionality to generate the requirements coverage matrix.

You can view the requirements cover matrix. Analyze all the details, identify the missing requirement to be added and click on the empty cell.

Define the expected deadline of the requirement and add the necessary documentation.

Now, you can observe the requirement you have just added.

Then, check also the requirements that have been already assigned. Identify the requirement you need to modify, click on it and add all the necessary details.

6. Certify an operator on a requirement

Enter the detail of the sub-unit, analyze the list of operators, use filters to refine your search, select the resource you need to certify . Then analyze all the requirements assigned and identify those to be certified.

7. Renew an expired certificate

Enter the detail of the sub-unit, analyze the list of operators, use filters to refine your search, select the resource you need to certify. Then, analyze all the requirements assigned and identify those to be renewed.

Define the necessary information and click on Save”.

You can now observe the certification you have just renewed.

Enter the detail of the sub-unit, analyze the list of operators, use filters to refine your search, select the resource you need to certify . Then analyze all the available information and identify the area to be certified in a massive mode.

9. Look up to the history of certificates

Enter the detail of the sub-unit, analyze the list of operators, use filters to refine your search, select the resource you need to monitor. View the History of certificates including all the requirements assigned to the resource and use filters to set the parameters of data visualization.
