The Health Safety and Environment module allows the implementation of a continuous improvement system for Health, Safety and Environment in the workplace, starting from the analysis of data deriving from the incident report, inspection activities and autonomous reporting.

The Unsafe situation management feature, which allows the collection of tags relating to behaviours and unsafe conditions, is linked to the definition and management of the countermeasures to be adopted.

The feature dedicated to the management of incidents that occurred and those avoided (near miss) or happened without consequences (first aid) is aimed at defining countermeasures to be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening again. This function, Accident management, however requires a precise methodology to define factors related to the accident and the root causes to be eliminated.

All open countermeasures, regardless of their origin, can be managed through the special function called Countermeasures management, which allows monitoring and reporting of the closure.

The best practices deriving from this risk prevention activity can be reported, instead, through the Business Best Practice management function, which allows the uploading of related documents, the management of their approval flow and the diffusion within the system.

The module works according to the Heinrich Pyramid methodology: the greater the number of risks reported and evaluated, the smaller the top of the pyramid represented by the accidents with consequences.

To make it easier to understand figures relating to risks, incidents that have occurred (or near missis) and best practices, the module is completed by three widgets presented directly on the home page and dedicated to the rapid display of their respective indicators.
