1. Identify resources with the highest gap
Access the main page, use sortable column to change the data order and enter the detail to identify the resources with the highest gap.
Access the main page to view all the detailed information. For each skill you can compare the number of gaps and of skills classified by delta level. *
*Data visibility levels change on the basis of the profile.

The system shows the gap occurrence ranking of all the skills (filters are not set by default).

You simple need to double click on the “Delta 3” column to change the data order and visualize the skills with highest gaps at the top of the list.

Enter the detail to visualize the resources list.

Then, identify the resources with the highest gaps.
