Currency management
1. Create a new currency
A new currency can be created, described, assigned to a specific symbol and with an exchange rate against 1 euro within the "New currency" pop-up.
Click on the Currency management widget to proceed to the main page.
On the main page, click on the button "New currency" to open the pop-up.
In the pop-up, fill in all mandatory fields with the desired data and click on the button "Save".
The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to create a new currency.
A new currency will appear on the main page.

2. Overview the list of currencies
All currencies can be viewed in the main page table together with the detailed information containing: their symbols, their exchange rates against the euro, the last update and the number of sites using them. Moreover, the data can be filtered.
Click on the Currency management widget to proceed to the main page.
The main page allows to overview existing currencies with detailed information containing: their symbols, their exchange rates against the euro, the last update and the number of sites using them.
Currencies can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Currency" to order currencies by name.
The main table will order currencies by their names.
Currencies can be filtered. Click on the "Currency" filter field and insert the desired currency name. Click on the button "Apply".
A list of currencies with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

3. Modify the currency
Currencies can be modified or deleted if necessary.
Click on the Currency management widget to proceed to the main page.
Click on details (lens icon) on the desired currency to proceed to the detail page.
The currency can be modified. Change the name of the currency, description, etc (mandatory fields must be filled in). Scroll to the tab details and click on the button "Save".
The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to save changes.
A currency with the new currency name and description will appear on the page.

4. Modify the exchange rate
To change the exchange rate of a currency you can use the "pencil icon" in the main page table.
Click on the Currency management widget to proceed to the main page.
Select a desired currency from the main table and click on the pencil icon to open a pop-up.
In the pop-up, fill in the "Exchange rate" field with the desired value. Click on the button "Save".
The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to update the exchange rate.
A currency with a new exchange rate will appear in the table.

5. Manage sites using the currency
Sites using the currency can be managed in the way one needs to change the currency used by a certain site; besides, sites can be added with the "New site" pop-up or deleted if necessary.
Click on the Currency management widget to proceed to the main page.
Click on details (lens icon) on the desired currency to proceed to the detail page.
Select the tab "Sites using".
Click on the button "New site" to open the pop-up.
In the pop-up, select branch and site from filters and click on the button "Save" (these fields are mandatory).
The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to create a new site.
A newly associated site will appear in the tab table.
To remove currency to the selected site click on the delete button (trash icon).
The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to delete currency (€) to the selected site.
The site will disappear from the tab table.
