  • 1. Create a new survey on a skillset

Skill assessment survey

1. Create a new survey on a skillset

Click on the Skill assessment survey widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "New survey".

Fill in all required fields with data and click on the button "Save".

A new survey will appear on the main table.

2. Add skills to a survey

Add skills to a survey.

Click on the "Skill assessment survey" widget to proceed to the main page.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired survey with the status "Waiting" to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "Skills" tab.

Click on the button "Add skill".

In the pop-up, search for the skill (among those available in the skill catalog) you desired to add to the survey; you may use the "advanced filter" functionality, to search for skills in a specific sector and area.

Select the desired skill and press on the button "Save".

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to add the skill.

The skill just added will appear in the tab table.

3. Add participants to a survey

Add participants to a survey.

Click on the Skill assessment survey widget to proceed to the main page.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired survey with the status "Waiting" to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "Participants" tab.

Click on the button "Add/remove participant".

In the pop-up, fill in filters with the desired data and click on the button "Apply".

Select the desired participant and click on the button "Add".

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "OK" to add a participant.

A new participant will appear in the tab table.

4. Monitor survey answers

Click on the Skill assessment survey widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired survey to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "Participants" tab.

On the tab Participants, general/branch/site competence manager can monitor statuses of participants in the tab table column named "Status".

5. Validate a survey accepting skill levels

Click on the Resource skill overview widget to proceed to the general summary page.

Scroll down to the general summary page and click on the details (lens icon) in the summary table in the column named "View all" to proceed directly to the main page.

On the main page, fill in filters with a desired data of the resource. Click on the button "Apply".

The desired resource will appear in the main table. Click on the details (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the tab "Self-evaluations".

Select the desired skill with the status "Pending". Click on the button "Ok" in the "Validate" table column to validate a skill.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to accept self-evaluation.

The skill will appear in the tab table with the status "Accepted".
