Staff evaluation Privileges

1. Grant a new Site Staff Manager Profile

Access the main page, check the complete list of Site Staff Manager profiles already enabled. Then use filters on the basis of your analysis needs, identify the new resources to be enabled as “Site Staff Manager” and proceed with the operation by using the specific functions and defining all the necessary details.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the resources whose Site Staff Manager profiles have already been enabled. For each of them, you can view the personal details, the CID and the plant of reference.

*Data visibility levels change on the basis of the profile.

Scroll down the list to view the total number of profiles enabled.

Then, use filters on the basis of your analysis needs and examine the resulting list. If you need to add a new Site Staff Manager profile, just click on the button “Add Site Staff Manager”.

A window is displayed. Type the personal details of the person to be enabled as Site Staff Manager and click on search.

Now, the resource you are looking for is displayed. Click on “Activate” to enable him/her.

Then, select the “Plant” and click on “Yes” to confirm.

You can now we the new profile duly added in the system.

2. Search and manage a Site manager profile

Access the main page, check the complete list of Site Staff Manager profiles already enabled. Then use filters on the basis of your analysis needs, select the resource whose profile you need to manage by using the specific function.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the resources whose Site Staff Manager profiles have already been enabled. For each of them, you can view the personal details, the CID and the plant of reference.

The system shows you the complete list of enabled profiles at first (filters are not set by default).

Use filters to identity the specific profile you need to manage and click on “Apply”.

Now, you can view the selected profile and you can manage it.

If you need to remove the profile, you simply need to click on the button “Delete”.

If you search again the profile just removed, you can verify that the operation has been duly performed.

Access the main page and check the complete list of Site Staff Manager profiles already enabled. Then, use filters on the basis of your analysis needs and select a profile by personal data.

Access the main page to view all the detailed information of the resources whose Site Staff Manager profiles have already been enabled. For each of them, you can view the personal details, the CID and the plant of reference.

Select the plant where the profile you’re looking for is operating.

Type the personal details of the specific resource and click on “Apply”.
