Implementation activities

1. Monitor project implementation activities

Monitor project implementation activities

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of projects.

The main table shows all necessary information about projects such as: project name, kaizen type, a leader name, team, etc.

To add and activate a desired leader for the specific project, click on the "+" icon in the table column "Leader" to open the pop-up.

To see or change the team for the specific project, click on the bullet list icon to open the pop-up.

This part of the main table provides information about the expected investments, benefits, costs, savings and B/C associated with the project. Expected investments, benefits or costs can be added or can be modified by click on the "+" icon.

This part of the main table provides information about the expected start planning, start running, start check, start act or start of saving dates associated with the project.

A current phase table columns show the current phase of the project.

2. Select and update the project leader

Select and update the project leader

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, in the table column named "Leader" click on the button "+" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, the table with the list of leaders appeared. Select the desired leader and click on the button "Activate".

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to assign the leader to the project.

A new leader has been assigned to the project.

3. Check and modify tools of the project

Check and modify tools of the project

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, in the table column named "Tools" click on the button "+" to open the pop-up.

This pop-up displays the list of tools that belongs to the specific project. Also, this pop-up allows to add or remove a tool from the project.

Click on the trash icon to remove the desired tool.

The notification pop-up appears. Click on the button "Yes" to insert the tool.

To add a new tool to the project select the desired sector, pilar, etc. from the filters above and click on the button "Add".

A new tool has been successfully added to the project.

4. Enter and update the economic data on the investments made

Enter and update the economic data on the investments made

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, in the table column named "Expected investment" click on the button "+" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, fill in all fields and click on the button "Save" to update a new investment nature.

A new investment nature is successfully inserted into the project.

To modify an investment nature click on the pencil icon.

Change the desired data of the investment and click on the button "Update".

The notification pop-up appears that`s a new modified data was successfully updated.

5. Enter and update the cost and benefit forecasts

Enter and update the cost and benefit forecasts

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, in the table column named "Expected benefit" click on the button "+" to open the pop-up.

In the pop-up, fill in all fields and click on the button "Save" to update a new benefit nature.

Scroll down to the pop-up to see the cost nature. In this section, fill in all fields and click on the button "Save" to update a new cost nature.

A new benefit and cost natures are successfully inserted into the project.

To modify a benefit/cost nature click on the pencil icon.

Change the desired data of the benefit/cost and click on the button "Update".

The notification pop-up appears that`s a new modified data was successfully updated.

6. Analyse implementation activities through visual tools

Analyse implementation activities through visual tools

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of projects.

Click on the chart icon to open a drop-down menu with available charts. Select the desired chart to proceed to the chart page.

Scroll to the page to see the chart. This chart shows losses and their savings from carry over, closed projects, etc.

Chart can be filtered. Click on the desired filter field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired option. Click on the button "Apply".

Filters have been successfully applied.

7. Validate and consolidate aggregated data for an accounting period

Validate and consolidate aggregated data for an accounting period

Click on the Implementation activities widget to proceed to the main page.

On the main page, click on the "Certify" button to open a pop-up.

This pop-up allows to save all current data (filtered) in the database and later a user can download it in an excel file. In the "File name" field enter the desired name for excel file and click on the button "Save".

Hover on the excel black icon to open a drop-down menu with available excel files to check if a new excel file appears.
