Assessment management

1. Display and access professional teams managed

Display the list of professional teams managed; sort them by type, score, objective, number of members and their roles; filter them by manager (pillar leader) and professional team name (pillar name). Enter into the detail of a specific professional team.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Professional teams can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Pillar" to order professional teams by pillar name.

The main table will order members by pillars name.

Pillars can be filtered. Click on the filter field named "Pillar" to filter pillars by pillar name.

A list of teams with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

2. Make the skill gap analysis on professional teams

Click on the corresponding button and select a specific professional team to make a skill gap analysis on the team.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.

In the Teams page click on the button "Skill Gap" to open a drop-down menu and select the desired pillar. Click on the desired pillar to go to the skill gap analysis on professional teams.

Report page shows a list of skills with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

On the Report page, click on the details (lens icon) on the desired skill to proceed to the Details page.

The Details page shows the detail of skill including data like: Resource, CID, Plant, Division/Unit, Department/UTE, Job, Evaluation date, Expected level, Level assessed and GAP/Excellence.

3. Create a new structured site team manager

Use the corresponding button to search among available resources to appoint a new structured site team leader.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

To create a new structured site team leader lick on the button "New structured site team leader".

In the pop-up, click on the field named "Person" and fill in with the desired person name. When a drop-down menu appear (with the corresponding person names) click on the desired person.

Click on the "Pillar" field to open a drop-down menu and select the desired pillar. Click on the button "Save" to create a new structured site team leader profile.

A new structured site team leader has been successfully created.

4. Check average score by pillar and the summary report

Check with the chart button the average score by pillar chart and the summary report for the all professional teams.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired pillar to proceed to the team members page.

On the Teams Members page, click on the second chart icon to open a drop-down menu and select the "Pillar summary report" to proceed to the chart page.

The "Pillar summary report" allows to overview of pillar members.

On the Teams Members page, click on the second chart icon to open a drop-down menu and select the "Competence average control" to proceed to the chart page.

The "Competence average level" report page allows to overview of competence average level of skills (between expected level and actual level)

Scroll down to the page to see the "Skill competence average level" table. Here are the data by which the chart was created.

5. Display and access all members of a specific professional team

Display the list of all members of a specific professional team; sort them by clicking on the header of any columns; filter them by role; add professional team member; enter into the detail of a specific member.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired resource which has no status to proceed to the team members page.

Scroll down to the page. Members can be ordered. Click on the header column named "Name" to order members by name.

The main table will order members by their names.

Members can be filtered. Click on the filter field named "Role" to filter members by role. Fill in "Resource" filter search field and select the desired resource from the drop-down menu. Click on the button "Add".

6. Make the skill gap analysis on a specific professional team

Click on the corresponding button and select a specific professional team to make a skill gap analysis on the team.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Team overview page.

In the Team members page click on the button "Skill Gap" to go the skill gap analysis on a specific professional team.

7. Check charts on a specific professional team

Clikck on the first chart button to check the pillar average graph and the member excellences and gaps istogram; click on the second chart button to check the competence average level graph, the highest level for each tool graph and the summary report for all professional team member.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Click on the chart icon to open a drop-down menu and select the graph named "Average score by pillar".

In this graph page, a manager can check the pillar average graph and the member excellences and gaps histogram (scroll down to the page to see the graph).

Click on the chart icon to open a drop-down menu and select the graph named "Summary export".

The "Pillar summary report" allows to overview of professional pillar leaders.

8. Assess or modify evaluations for professional team members

Assess every skill or modify existing evaluations for the selected team member; eventually, accept self-evaluations; print the card.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired pillar to proceed to the team members page.

Click on the details (lens icon) on the desired resource which has no status to proceed to the team members page.

On the detail page, a team member can evaluate a resource. Tick on the checkbox to evaluate skills by desired level (from 1 to 5). Evaluation date columns show the day when the evaluation was performed.

Click on the button "Finish" to finish the evaluation.

The evaluation is successfully finished (the "Finish" button disappears).

9. Check the team member skill radar chart

Show the skill radar chart of the selected team member; compare current evaluation with previous evaluations.

Click on the Evaluations Management widget to proceed to the Teams page.
