Unsafe situation management

1. Add a new Tag

EHS Site manager can add a new tag, define detailed information and propose countermeasures.

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

In the main page, click on the "Add New +" button to open a pop-up.

In the pop-up, "New tag" fill in all the mandatory fields and upload a photo. Click on the button "Save"

2. Modify a Tag

The defined tag can be modified.

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

Select the desired tag (with open status) and click on the lens icon, which leads to the detail page.

3. Approve or reject a Tag

A tag can be approved or rejected.

Scroll down to the main page and select the desired tag (with open status) on the main page and click on the lens icon, which leads to the detail page.

To approve the tag, in the detail page fill in all the mandatory fields: Countermeasures, In charge of and Expiration date. Click on the button "Approve".

4. Implementation of a countermeasure

Countermeasure implementation can be done for a submitted tag (yellow status).

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

Scroll to the page and select the tag (with submitted status) and click on the icon in the column named "Implement" to open the pop-up "Countermeasure Implementation".

Insert a comment for the countermeasure in the field "Comments" and to upload a file click on the button Add file, select the desired document and the document will be added of the pop-up. Click on the button "Save".

5. Filter and order the data

Filter and order the data presented in the Unsafe situation management main page.

Tags can be filtered. To expand advanced filters click on the "Advanced filters".

6. Analyze the data via graphical representation

The data can be analyzed graphically by selecting one of the offered charts.

In the main page point your mouse to the chart icon and the drop-down menu with the available chats will appear. Click on one of the desired charts to proceed to the chart page.

The chart page contains the graphical representation of data. On the left-hand side of the page, click on the "Advanced filters" to filter the represented data with more parameters.

7. Unsafe condition tag transversalization

Each tag relative to an unsafe condition can be transversalized as many times as required by the user.

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

On the Unsafe situation management main page select the Unsafe condition tag and click on the plus icon in the Transversalization column to open the Transversalization pop-up.

In the Transversalization pop-up click on the proceed button.

In the "Transversalization" pop-up select the number how many times do you want to transversalize a tag and click on the button "Transversalize" to successfully transversalized tag.

8. Tags transversalization or approval

Possibility to transversalize only or transversalize and approve tags

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

On the Unsafe situation management main page select the Unsafe condition tag and click on the plus icon in the Transversalization column to open the Transversalization pop-up.

In the Transversalization pop-up click on the proceed button.

In the "Transversalization" pop-up select the number how many times do you want to transversalize a tag and click on the button "Transversalize" to only transversalize tags or click on the button "Transversalize and approve" to  transversalize and approve tags.

If you click ‘Transversalize’ or ‘Transversalize and approve’, the system will ask you to confirm selected action, if yes, the operation will be done and you go back to the main page.

On the main page, you can see transversalized tags in the table.

9. Button to approve transversalized tags in a massive way

Button that appears in the table and allows to approve transversalized tags in a massive way

Click on the Unsafe situation management widget to proceed to the main page.

The main page shows the list of tags.

On the main page select the desired transversalized tag and click on the button (check icon) to approve tags in a massive way.

The attention pop-up appears with the question "Are you sure that you want to approve transversalized tags?". The system will show you the number of tags that will be approved. Click on the button "Yes" to approve transversalized tags.

The success pop-up appears. Click the "OK" button to confirm that you successfully transversalized the tag.

Now tags on the main page are approved and there is no √ button anymore (it will appear each time you decide to transversalize only and approve later on).
