EHS Audit area management

1. Check the areas where you can perform an audit

Check how many and which are the areas in which each type of audit can be performed, subdividing them by unit and also selecting them based on the auditor enabled, the elementary unit and the domain involved and the status of the area.

The dashboard widget allows you to make a preliminary analysis of the areas to be managed through the Key Activities Indicators highlighting: the total number of areas (“Audit Areas”), the total number of domains added to the system (“Production Domains”), the domains not yet associated to the areas (“Domains uncovered”) and the average of the total number of domains in relation to the areas.

1

Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. The main table shows you the complete list of all valid areas you are managing with the related information (the "Status" filter is set on “valid” by default).

2

Use filters to define your search and subdivide the areas by “Unit”, elementary unit (“UTE”) and “Auditor” enabled.

3

Refine your search adding the “Domain” involved and the “Status” of the Area.

Note: The status is classified in three categories: valid (by default), all (including valid and not valid areas if present ) and not valid. Not valid areas are marked in red.

4

Then, enter the detail of the area for a more in-depth analysis.

5

You can now view all the related information.
