User management

1. Select expired users and request renewal

Select users which have expired and send a request of renewal to their manager

Click on the "User management" widget to access the main page.

To expand advanced filers, click on the "Advanced filters".

In the filter "Validation status" select the option "Expired" and click on the button "Apply".

Scroll down to the main page and tick the checkbox of the desired user in the main table column named "Change status".

Once the user is selected, click on the button "Ask for renewal of selection".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to send the renewal request.

In the pop-up, click on the button "Send request" to send the renewal requests to the Staff Manager.

2. Accept the renewal of an expired user as the manager

As the direct manager of the resource, accept the renewal of an expired resource you manage

Log in as a Staff Manager. Click on the envelope icon, in the header of the page to proceed to the inbox page.

Open the notification and click on the button "Renew users" to proceed to the users renew page.

In the users renew page a table with the expired user (or users) will be displayed.

Tick the checkbox in the "Select to change validate status" column and click on the button "Renew selection".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to renew the selected user.

3. Check details on user logs

Check the details of the logs of access to the system of a single user.

Click on the "User management" widget to access the main page.

Filter the user by the CID number and click on the button "Apply".

Click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the tab "Logs" in the detail page.

The tab "Logs" shows the data of recorded user logs for different profiles.

4. View system notifications for a specific resource

View the notifications generated by the system for a specific resource

Click on the "User management" widget to access the main page.

Define the filter CID and click on the button "Apply". The resource will appear in the table.

Click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the tab "User`s notifications" in the detail page.

In the "User`s notifications" tab, it is possible to see all notifications generated by the system.

5. Generate a new password for a specific resource

Generate a new password for a specific resource

Click on the "User management" widget to access the main page.

Define the filter CID and click on the button "Apply". The resource will appear in the table.

Click on the detail (lens icon) to proceed to the detail page.

Select the "User data" tab. Then, click on the button "Generate new password".

In the pop-up, enter a new password and repeat the password. Click on the button "Save".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to generate a new password.
