1. Display the list of the branches
Display the list of the branches

Click on the widget to access the General summary page.

The general summary page shows the list of branches.

Click on the header named "Branch name" to order branches by their name.

Click on the "Units" header column to order branches by the number of units.

Display the list of the sites

Click on the widget "Operation management" to access the General summary page.

Select a desired branch by clicking on the detail (lens icon).

The branch summary page shows the list of sites.

Sites can be ordered by clicking on the header of the column, for example column "Site name".

Click on the "Units" column header, to order sites by the number of units.

3. Display the list of the operations, filter and order
Display the list of the operations, filter and order

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

The main page shows the list of operations.

To filter a set of operations by their branch and site, define the filters "Branch" and "Site" and click on the button "Apply". A list of operations with the corresponding data will appear in the table.

Insert a desired name of the operation in the filter "Search" and click on the button "Apply" to filter a desired operation.

To order operations by the number of units, click on the header column "Units" on the main page table.

4. Create a new operation
Create a new operation

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

To create a new operation, click on the button "New operation".

Insert all the mandatory fields and click on the button "Save".

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to create a new operation.

The new operation appears in the table, on the main page.

Manage production structure

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

Select a desired operation and click on the detail (lens icon).

Select the "Order" tab.

Click on a desired operation, hold it and drag. Then, drop it in the desired order.

Go back to the main page by clicking on the main page in the breadcrumbs.

The operation is displayed with the new order number.

6. Display operation details
Display operation details

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

Select a desired operation and click on the detail (lens icon).

Select the "Detail" tab.

The operation data can be modified. To save the new data, click on the button "Save".

To delete the operation click on the "Delete" button.

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to delete the operation.

7. Manage operation checklist
Manage operation checklist

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

Select a desired operation and click on the detail (lens icon).

To add a capability, define a desired name and level, then click on the button "Add".

Change the level of the capability by selecting an option from the drop-down menu, in the "Change level" column.

Delete the checklist by clicking on the trash icon, in the "Delete" column.

In the notification pop-up, click on the button "Yes" to delete the capability.

8. Generate a checklist from a standard type
Generate a checklist from a standard type

Click on the widget (if you are a higher level manager, go through the summary pages or click "view all") to reach the main page.

Select a desired operation with the cheklist. Click on the "+" icon in the "Cheklist" column to open a pop-up.

In this pop-up, there are capabilities from the selected operation and the operation type.

The inherited capabilities from the operation type are highlighted.
