1. Compare unit aggregated data
Monitor the operators of the plant and their allocation, compare unit aggregated data, analyze all the available information, change the visualization of the details according to your specific requirements and get a graphical representation of the structure of plant.
The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activity Indicators : the total number of resources, the number of resources with abilities, the number of resources with requirements and the number of resources assigned to a position.
Access the summary page to get an overview of the units of the plant more in detail. Additional information are at your disposal and you can compare the data of each unit.
Use sortable column in order to view the data according to your specific requirements.
Then, you can compare aggregated data using the chart where you can get an immediate view of the units of the plants classified by shift.
Since the graph is interactive, you can set the parameters of the visualization. Select the fields you actually want to appear in your chart excluding those you don’t need to consider and analyze the resulting details.

2. Compare sub-unit aggregated data
Select a specific unit, view and compare sub-units aggregated data, analyze all the available information , change the visualization of details according to your specific requirements and get a graphical representation of the sub-units.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The main page shows you the units of the plant with all the related information.
Select the unit you need to analyze more in detail.
The complete list of the related sub-units is displayed and you can easily compare the aggregated data.
Use sortable column to change the order of the visualization according to your specific requirements and identify your priorities.
Then, you can compare aggregated data using the chart where you can get an immediate view of the sub-units classified by shift.

3. Examine the history of service status of an operator
Select a specific unit, choose the sub-unit of your preference, monitor the complete list of operators, select a specific operator and examine his service status history.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the summary page.
The summary page shows you the units of the plant with all the related information. Select a specific Unit.
The system shows all the related sub-units and you can choose the department of your preference.
The complete list of operators belonging to the sub-unit is displayed. Select the operator that will be the object of your analysis.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. Use the tab “Service History” to examine the service statuses of the operator.

4. Move Operators to another unit
Select a specific unit, choose the sub-unit of your preference, monitor the complete list of operators, select the specific operator to which assign a new allocation.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The summary page shows you the units of the plant with all the related information. Select a specific Unit.
All the related sub-units are displayed and you can choose the department of your preference.
Now you can have an overview of all the resources belonging to the selected sub-unit. Identify the operator to which assign another unit and select him.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. The tab “Service History” shows you all the service status of the operator.
Click on “new” to create a new service status.
Define the new allocation of the operator and click on “Save”.
You can now observe the new service status you have just added.

5. Move Operators to another sub-unit
Select a specific sub-unit, choose the operator you need to move to another sub-unit and verify his new allocation.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the main page.
The main page shows you the sub-units related to the department assigned to your responsibility. Select a specific one.
The complete list of operators is displayed. Identify and select the resource you need to move to a different sub-unit.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. The tab “Service History” shows you all the service statuses of the operator.
Click on “new” to modify the allocation of the operator.
Assign a new sub-unit to the operator, define the details and click on “Save”.
You can now observe the new service status of the operator.

6. Search for a specific operator
Select a specific unit, choose the sub-unit of your preference, monitor the complete list of operators, set the parameters of your search through the use of filters, select a specific operator.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the summary page.
The summary page shows you the units of the plant with all the related information. Select a specific Unit.
All the related sub-units are displayed. Choose the department of your preference.
Now you can have an overview of all the operators belonging to the selected sub-unit.
Go down to see the consistency of the list. The total number of resources is reported on the left side.
Select the “Shift” and “Domain” of the resource you’re looking for through the use of filters. In this way the list will be reduced and you can quickly identify him.

7. Display and update personal data of an operator
Select a specific unit, choose the sub-unit of your preference, monitor the complete list of operators, select a specific operator, view and update his personal data.
Access the dashboard widget to go to the summary page.
The summary page shows you the units of the plant with all the related information. Select a specific Unit.
All the related sub-units are displayed and you can choose the department of your preference.
You can now have an overview of the complete list of operators. Select the resource that will be the subject of your analysis.
Several information are at your disposal grouped in different areas. Use the tab “Registry card ” to view the personal data of the resource in detail.
Define the missing information to be added, upload the necessary documentation and click on “save”.
