1. Display current sites, order and filter them

Display current sites, order and filter them

Click on the Site management widget to access the main page.

The main page displays current sites, branches to which they belong to, departments, etc.

To order sites by names, click on the "Site" header column on the table.

To order sites by branches, click on the "Branch" header column on the table.

To filter informaion by branches on the main page, define "Branch" filter field and click on the button "Apply".

To filter informaion by site on the main page, define "Branch" and "Site" filter fields and click on the button "Apply".

2. Create a new site

Create a new site

Click on the site management widget to access the main page.

On the main page, click on the button "New site" to create a site.

In the pop-up choose a preferred branch in the "Branch" field. Insert a preferred name in the "Site name" field. Those fields are mandatory.

When the branch and the site name are defined, click on the button "Save" to create a new site.

The new site will appear in the table on the main page.

3. Display site detail and the list of the departments

Display site detail and the list of the departments

Click on the site management widget to access the main page.

Select a desired "Branch" and "Site" filter fields and click on the button "Apply".

Select adesired site (in this case "Amsterdam") and click on the detail (lens icon).

To display site details, select the tab "Detail".

To display the list of the departments, click on the tab "Departments".

4. Create, modify or delete a department

Create, modify or delete a department

Click on the Site management widget to access the main page.

To proceed to the detail page, select a desired site from the main page and click on the detail (lens icon).

Select the tab "Departments" and click on the button "New department" to create a new department.

Insert a desired department name in the "Department name" field, which is mandatory. Click on the button "Save".

To modify a department, click on the button "Modify" in the column, on the detail page.

The "Department name" and in the "Description" fields can be modified. The "Department name" field is mandatory. Click on the button "Save" to update the department.

To delete department, click on the button "Delete" (the trash can icon).

Click on the button "Yes" in the notification pop-up to delete the department.
