Workplace readiness analysis

1. Compare unit aggregated data

Access the dashboard widget to go to the site summary page.

Access the summary page to view the aggregated data on workplaces. Each row reports all the related details of a specific Unit and you can easily compare the data provided by the system. Observe the indicators of the level certified where the different colours help you to quickly identify the successful certification (green colour), the gaps with a small delta (yellow colour) and the gaps with a higher delta of at least two levels under the expected one (red colou

Use sortable column to change the order of data visualization on the basis of your analysis needs.

Then, click on the chart icon to visually analyze the data.

You can now analyze the distribution of workplaces in detail. In each shift you can analyze the number of workplaces with:Coverage 0, Coverage 1 and so on.

Since the graph is interactive, you can select the data to be viewed in the chart and analyze the related results.

2. Compare sub-unit aggregated data

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

The table shows you aggregated data on requirement certification of each sub-unit and you can easily compare the data provided by the system. 3. Compare data of the operators

Now, you can get a general overview of the complete list of resources and the related number of operations classified by level of certification.

Set the parameters of your search using the filters “Shift” and “Domain” and analyse the resulting details.

Then, click on the chart icon to visually analyze the data.

4. Display and print the workplace readiness matrix

Access the dashboard widget to go to the workplace resources plant page.

Select the desired unit to proceed to the workplace resources unit page.

Select the desired sub-unit and click on the details (lens icon) to proceed to the resource readiness page.

On the resource readiness page, click on the button "Workstation Readiness" to go to the workplace readiness matrix.

Scroll down to the page to see the workplace readiness matrix. The matrix shows the table in which the average level on an operation is displayed per resource and workplace.

The data in the matrix can be filtered both for resources and workplaces, in order to analyze specific data.

In order to print the matrix, on the top right-hand side of the page click on the print icon to print the matrix table.

5. Assign a readiness certification by visual management

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the main page.

On the main page, click on the button called "Woekstation Readiness" to go to the workplace readiness matrix.

6. Determine a certification with requirements details by visual management

.

Access the dashboard widget to go to the workplace resources plant page.

Select the desired unit to proceed to the workplace resources unit page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the resource readiness page.

On the main page, click on the button "Workstation Readiness" to go to the workplace matrix page.

Scroll down to the page to see the full workplace readiness matrix. This matrix displays a table with resources as rows and operations as columns; the intersection between a specific resource and a selected operation shows the resource`s certification on the operation

Click on the desired existing certification to open a pop-up.

By clicking on the existing certification, it is possible to assign and evaluate the operation and assign or evaluate the operation and to modify the evaluation.

7. Look for workplace readiness data of an operator

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the main page.

Select an operator you need to analyze to access the detail page.

In the operator`s detail page the list of wokplaces can be seen with the following data: operations related, gaps on operation, avg. level. The last to columns are used to evaluate and to assign the workplace.

To filter the data, click on the check box called "Only workpaces ready".

8. Assign to an operator a new workplace

.

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the main page.

Select an operator you need to analyze to access the detail page.

Look for a workplace name which has an empty circle in the last column called "Assign" and click on it to assign a desired workplace.

When the workplace is assigned the yellow circle will appear in the last column signalising that the workplace is assigned.

9. Display and certify operational abilities required for a workplace

Select an operator you need to analyze to access the detail page.

Select the loupe icon to go to the operational abbilities required for the desired workplace.

10. Plan a development action on an operational ability

Access the dashboard widget to go to the site summary page.

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the main page.

Select an operator you need to analyze to access the detail page.

Select the loupe icon to go to the operational abbilities required for the desired workplace.

Select the training action icon for which operation you want to create the developement action.

Define the start, end and the expiration date of the developement action and click on the button Save.

11. Manage and close a development action on an operational ability

Select the unit you need to analyze to access the unit summary page.

Select the sub-unit you need to analyze to access the main page.

Select an operator you need to analyze to access the detail page.

Select the loupe icon to go to the operational abbilities required for the desired workplace.

Select the training action icon for which operation you want to create the developement action.

If needed, a file can be uploaded to give more information about the selected skill. When the training is performed select "Yes" option (or if it is not, select the `No" option) and an additional field will appear which allows you to add the "Completion date" and to choose if the objective is achieved.
