Skill Levels

  • 1. Check the distribution of results and identify the strongest and weakest competence.
  • 2. Check the average values for each skill and the distribution of results
  • 3. Identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum or minimum level
  • 4. Check individual results in relation to a specific skill

Skill Levels

1. Check the distribution of results and identify the strongest and weakest competence.

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Analyse the same data through the chart. Then, define the fields you need to bring into comparison and identify the strongest and weakest competence.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activities indicators:

-”Skills” (number of skills evaluated);

-”Test result average” (overall average level resulting from the tests);

-”Self evaluation average” (overall average level resulting from the self-assessments);

-”Assessor evaluation average (overall average level resulting from the evaluation performed by the assessor).

1

The same data are represented in the chart reporting the overall results achieved in DReCT test. You can identify the skills (reported on x-axis), the levels achieved considering the number of occurrences (look at the left-hand scale to read the values) and the average (look at the right-hand scale to read the values).

2

Analyse the information provided more in detail. You can easily identify the strongest competence (with the higher number of skills achieving level 5).

3

Then, you can also identify the weakest competence (with the higher number of skills achieving level 1).

Skill Levels

2. Check the average values for each skill and the distribution of results

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. The system shows you the data related to test results at first. Then, analyze the overall data through the graph, check the average values for each skill and the distribution of results and focus your attention on the skills with the highest level of competence.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activities indicators:

-”Skills” (number of skills evaluated);

-”Test result Average” (overall average level resulting from the tests);

-”Self evaluation Average” (overall average level resulting from the self-assessments);

-”Assessor evaluation average (overall average level resulting from the evaluation performed by the assessor).

1

Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. In the summary table you can observe, for each skill, the total number of evaluations performed and the number of occurrences classified by levels. The system shows you only the data related to “Test Results” at first but you can also select the other series through filters.

2

Click on the chart iconSkill levels Distributionto graphically analyse the overall data (including each type of assessment).

3

For each skill (reported on x-axis) you can check the average values (look at the diagram line) and the distribution of results (classified by number of occurrences). These data are also included in the table.

4

Then, focus on the skills with the highest level of competence. You simply need to switch on the highest levels only and analyze the related results.

Skill Levels

3. Identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum or minimum level

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. The system shows you the data related to test results at first. Use sortable column to order data on the basis of your specific needs of analysis and identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum or minimum level. As a further step, you’ll be able to make a more in-depht analysis entering the detail of the skill.

2

Use sortable column to change the order of data according to your specific requirements. If you need to identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum level, you simply need to double click on the column "Level 5".

3

You can also identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the minimum level.

As a further step, you’ll be able to make a more in-depth analysis entering the detail of the skills.

4. Check individual results in relation to a specific skill

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. The system shows you the data related to test results at first. Use sortable column to order data on the basis of your specific needs of analysis and identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum or minimum level. Then, enter the detail and check individual results.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activities indicators:

-”Skills” (number of skills evaluated);

-”Test result Average” (overall average level resulting from the tests);

-”Self evaluation Average” (overall average level resulting from the self-assessments);

If you need to identify the skills with the highest number of occurrences at the maximum level, you simply need to double click on the column “Level 5”. Then, enter the detail to make a more in-depht analysis of the skill.

3

Here you can check all the detailed information related to the three types of evaluation “Test results”, “Self Evaluation” and “Assessor Evaluation”. Focus on the first tab at first and verify the previous value. Through the sortable column, you can identify all the resources with the highest levels.

4

Then, you can compare the previous values with those achieved in the “Self-evaluation” and “Assessor evaluation” (where you can also open development actions).
