Compliance Analysis

1. Verify the roles provided by the system and the requirements associated to the roles

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Analyse the same data through the chart. Then, define the fields you need to bring into comparison and examine the results.

Observe the “Compliance Analysis” widget in order to make a preliminary analysis on the job compliance. The Key Activities indicators are: “Roles available” (total number of professional roles included in the system); “Skills considered” (total number of skill used) and "Average requested level" (considering all the roles).

The same data are represented in the chart with additional details. For each roles reported in the x-axes, you can identify: the average expected level of DReCT Areas (look at the left-hand scale to read the values) and the overall average (look at the right-hand scale to read the values).

Define the fields you need to analyse in the chart. If you need to bring into comparison the average requested level with that of "Decision" area switch on these fields only.

Then, analyze the results and identify the role with the lower expected level in this area.

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Select the standard professional role you are interested in to view the main information provided by the system. Then, choose a specific team and analyze the results identifying the resources with the highest compliance levels.

The Key Activities indicators are: “Roles available” (total number of professional roles included in the system); “Skills considered” (total number of skill used) and "Average expected level" (considering all the roles).

Focus your attention on test results and change data order on the basis of your analysis needs. If you double click on the column “Compliance%” the resources with the highest levels of compliance will be positioned at the top of the list

3. Compare the gaps with the excellences of the resources considering a professional profile

These indicators are resulting from three types of assessment : “Test Result” (related to DReCT testing), “Self Evaluation” and “Assessor Evaluation”.

Select the “Team” you need to analyze through the filters to focus your attention on a more specific area.

Select the Assessee gaps and Excellences” graph from the dropdown menu.

You can now graphically examine the gaps and excellences of each resource and identify the resource with the major number of gaps.
