Assessment management

1. Compare the average level of skills assessment with that of self-evaluation

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Then, analyze the same data through the chart. Bring into comparison the average level of skills assessment with that of self-evaluation and analyze the related results.

Observe the “Assessment Management” widget in order to make a preliminary analysis of the assessment process. The Key Activities indicators are : “Resources” (the total number of the resources you are managing); “Test results” (number of people that performed the test); “Self Evaluation” (number of people that performed the Self Evaluation) and “Assessor Evaluation” (number of people evaluated by the Assessor).

1

The same data are represented in the chart with additional information. It reports the average of Test Results, Self Evaluation and Assessor Evaluation for each skill.

2

Define the fields you need to bring into comparison. If you need to analyze the average of test results with that of self evaluation switch on these fields only.

3

Then, analyze the results and identify the skill with the most relevant difference.

4

Assessment management

2. Check who has performed the test, who has performed the self evaluation and who has been assessed by the manager

Verify the info in the dashboard widget. Access the main page to monitor data related to Skills Evaluated and select the specific team you need to monitor. Check who has performed the test, the self evaluation and who has been assessed by the manager and bring into comparison the related details.

Access the main page to analyze data more in detail. The system shows you the complete list of your resources with related detail at first.

2

Focus your attention on the area “Skills Evaluated” to bring into comparison “Test Results” with those of “Self Evaluation” and “Assessor Evaluation”.

3

Define the specific “Team” and cluster you need to monitor through the filters and identify the resources who have already completed the test.

4

Then, start to compare the “Self Evaluation” with “Test Result”. Use sortable column to identify the resources who still need to perform the “Self Evaluation”.

5

Focus your attention on the column “under”. You can easily verify the number of skills reporting a lower self-assessed level than that resulting from the test.

6

Then, examine the column “Over” and identify the number of skills reporting a higher level than that resulting from the test.

7

In order to complete your analysis, apply the previous steps bringing into comparison the “Assessor Evaluation” with “Test Results”.
