The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activity Indicators of “DReCT Drives” : Decision, Resilience, Communication and Enthusiasm. For each of them, you can compare the average value and the average deviation of the group (the total number of assesses you are managing).

The same data are represented in the chart including additional information. For each drive displayed on the x-axis, you can identify: the minimum and maximum value, the average values (look at the left-hand scale to read the values) and the deviation (look at the right-hand scale to read the values).

Analyse data more in detail through the interactive graph and define the fields you need to bring into comparison.

You can now examine the results and identify the area with the most relevant difference.

Then, click on the chart icon to graphically analyse the information provided. Select the first option “DReCT drives” from the dropdown menu.

Now, you can analyze the average results and the deviations through the graph. Since filters are not set by default, you can view the overall results at first (of all the people you are managing).

Define the “Team” and the characteristics of the cluster through the filters and compare the results.

Then, refine your analysis still further. Select the specific fields you need to bring into comparison and examine the results.

You can easily identify the most relevant difference.

Define the specific “Team” and cluster you need to monitor and analyze the coherence index through the graph considering the deviation value (x-axis) and the average value (y-axis).

You can easily identify the bubble with the highest coherence index value characterized by the smaller deviation.*

*The optimal result will occur when the bubble will be located in the upper section of the graph on the right where the deviation will be smallest and the average higher.
