DReCT Profiles

1. Compare the total values of managed teams

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget. View the same data through the chart and compare the total values of managed team. Then, select the object of your analysis and examine the related results.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activity Indicators of “DReCT Profiles”: the total number of “Teams managed”, the number of “Team members” (total number of resources you have to manage in the different teams) and of “Test completed” (total number of people that have already performed the test).

1

The chart represents the same data with additional information. You can easily compare the total values of managed teams in the following areas : the “Overall potential”, the inclination to “change” as well as to “openness”.

2

Use the interactive graph for your specific needs of analysis. If you need to focus your attention only on the predisposition to change of your teams, you simply need to exclude the unnecessary fields.

3

Then, analyze the related results. You can quickly identify the team more inclined to “Change”.

4

DReCT Profiles

2. Select a group of people on the basis of the socio-demographic characteristics

Check the widget reporting the Key Activities indicators to have a preview of the data. Access the main page where the complete list of resources is available. Select the team of your preference, define the socio-demographic characteristics of different groups and compare the related results.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key Activity Indicators of “DReCT Profiles”. You can have a preview of the status of your activities and compare the total values: the total number of “Teams managed”, the number of “Team members” (total number of resources you have to manage in the different teams) and of “Test completed” (total number of people that have already performed the test).

1

Access the main page to view the summary of the basic information related to your resources. You can easily identify three main areas: “Test data” (reporting the personal details and test date); the “Overall results” (including the “Overall potential”, the inclination to “Change” and to “Openness”) and “DReCT Areas” showing the results achieved in each sector (“Decision”, “Resilience”, “Communication” and "Enthusiasm").

2

The system shows you the complete list of people at first (filters are not set by default).

3

Go down to check the consistency of the list: the total number of your resources is reported in the first column of the final summary table and you can monitor the overall results in the aforementioned areas.

4

Set the parameters of your search through the use of filters. Select a specific Team and define the socio-demographic characteristics of the cluster using the filters.

Then, analyze the related results of this first group of people: the list is reduced and the overall results duly updated.

5

Define the cluster to be compared with the previous one and analyze the overall results of this second group of people.

6

Then, identify the area you need to focus now. If you consider “Resilience” area only, you can easily compare the overall results achieved by the different groups and verify that the second one shows a higher level.

7

3. Compare the total values of different clusters

Check the widget reporting the Key Activities Indicators to have a preview of the data. Access the main page where the complete list of resources is available. Generate “Teams” graph, set the parameters of your analysis and compare the total values of different clusters.

2

Click on the chart icon to view all the graphs at your disposal. Select the first option “Teams” to analyze general data comparing different clusters.

3

The chart shows you the graph representation of the overall result reported in the main page.

So, you can take a general overview on the different teams you have to manage focusing your attention on the results achieved related to the “Overall potential”, the inclination to “Change” and to “Openess”. These values are reported also in the final summary table.

4

The Clusters can be selected by “age” through the use of filters. Identify the specific cluster you need to monitor at first and analyze the resulting details. Both the graph and the final summary table are reporting the updated values.

5

Define the cluster to be compared with the previous one.

6

Identify the area you need to monitor and compare the results of this cluster (the older people) with the previous one (the younger ones).

7

Then, select in the chart only the area you are monitoring to check data more in detail.

You can easily verify that the Cluster related to people aged ≤ 35 has achieved the highest value in “Change”. Moreover, comparing the two teams belonging to this specific cluster, the team of Collaborators is the best one.

8

4. Compare the values of a cluster with partial and total historical series

Check the widget reporting the Key Activities Indicators to have a preview of the data. Access the main page where the complete list of resources is available. Generate the DReCT compass graph, select the parameters of your analysis and compare the values of a cluster with partial and total historical series.

2

Click on the chart icon to view all the graphs at your disposal. Select the second option “DReCT Compass” to compare the values of a cluster with partial and total historical series.

3

The chart shows you the graph representation of the values achieved in the DReCT areas by your resources but with additional details.

You can take a general overview and compare these data with those of “Similar People” (partial historical series) and “Total population” (total historical series). These values are reported also in the final summary table.

4

Identify the specific cluster you need to monitor at first and analyze the resulting details. Both the graph and the final summary table are reporting the updated values.

5

Define the basis for comparison through the interactive graph and identify the area you need to investigate. If you compare the team of Collaborators of this specific cluster (people aged ≥35) with “Similar people”, the area of “Enthusiasm” is higher in the first group.

6

You can refine your analysis still further comparing also the “Total Population” with your Cluster and considering only the area of “Decision”.

You can verify that, in this case, the higher value is achieved by the Total population.

7

DReCT Profiles

5. Identify the main employability area of a group or cluster and compare it with the historical series

Check the widget reporting the Key Activities Indicators to have a preview of the data. Access the main page where the complete list of resources is available. Generate the Calibrating and Focusing graph, select the parameters of your analysis, identify the main employability area of a group or cluster and compare it with the historical series.

2

Click on the chart icon to view all the graphic analyses provided by the system. Select the third option “Calibrating and focusing” from the dropdown menu.

3

The chart shows you the employability areas of your resources. You can identify four main areas: “Commercial”, “Creative”, “Executive” and “Planning”.

Observe the position of the bubble representing the overall result achieved by your resources (marked in grey) and compare it with the general trend of the “Total population” and “Similar people”*. These values are reported also in the final summary table.

* In this case these two bubbles are overlapping.

4

Define the team and the cluster you need to monitor at first through the use of filters and analyze the resulting details.

Both the graph and the final summary table are reporting the updated values.

5

Then, identify the basis for comparison through the interactive graph. If you need to compare your Team with the historical series of “Similar People” switch on these fields only and analyze the related results. You can immediately view that your “Team” (the grey bubble) has a higher predilection for planning activities than the “Similar People”(the violet bubble) and is a little more inclined to change.
