Team Management

1. Check number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures Then, analyze the same data through the chart, use the interactive chart on the basis of your analysis needs and examine the related results.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key activities indicators of “Team Management”.

You can view the total number of :

-DReCT and PACE teams you are overseeing (“DReCT teams managed”, “PACE teams managed”)

-people managed and the average in relation to the number of structures (“Total DReCT people/average”, “Total PACE people/average”).

The same data are represented in the chart. For each structure, you can graphically view the total number of teams and identify how many teams are involved in a DReCT process assessment or a PACE one.

Use the interactive chart on the basis of your analysis needs. If you need to focus on DReCT teams, switch on this field only and examine the results.

2. View managed teams and select those belonging to a specific type

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Then, access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail, select the teams belonging to a specific type and examine the results on the basis of your analysis needs.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key activities indicators of “Team Management”.

You can view the total number of :

-DReCT and PACE teams you are overseeing (“DReCT teams managed”, “PACE teams managed”);

-people managed and the average in relation to the number of structures (“Total DReCT people/average”, “Total PACE people/average”).

Access the main page to analyse the complete list of managed teams in detail (filters are not set by default). For each team you can identify the related structure, the “Type” (DReCT or PACE), the “Team Manager” and the number of people (“Members”).

Go down to check the total number of teams you are managing. The overall number is reported at the end of the list on the left.

Define the “type” of team you need to focus on through the filters and examine the results.

Then, refine data visualization still further using sortable column. You can now view at the top of the list the structures without a team.

As a further step, you’ll be able to enter the detail and proceed with the creation of new teams.

3. Select the teams of a specific structure

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Then, access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail, select the teams belonging to a specific structure and visualize the results.

Define the “Structure” that you need to check and click on “Apply”.

Now, the complete list of teams of the specific structure you have just selected is displayed and you can visualize the related results.

4. Create a new team

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Then, access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail and proceed with the creation of a new team defining all the necessary information. As a further step, you`ll be able to configure the new team.

The dashboard widget shows you the Key activities indicators of “Team Management”.

You can view the total number of :

-DReCT and PACE teams you are overseeing (“DReCT teams managed”, “PACE teams managed”);

-people managed and the average in relation to the number of structures (“Total DReCT people/average”, “Total PACE people/average”).

If you need to create a “New team” click on the specific button.

Define the “Structure”, the type of Assessment process (DReCT or PACE), the name of the team and click “Save” once completed.

You can now view the new team duly added in the system. As a further step, you’ll be able to configure it.

5. Modify the features of an existing team

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail. Select a specific type of team, identify that to be modified and enter the detail. All the main details of the team are now displayed in the specific tab. Therefore, you can modify the editable field and proceed with the assignation of a new manager to the team.

-people managed and the average in relation to the number of structures (“Total DReCT people/average”, “Total PACE people/average”).

Several information are at your disposal grouped into different areas. Use the tab “Details” to view the main features of the team.

If you need to modify the "Team Manager", you simply need to click the button “Modify manager”.

Select the new team manager in the list that will be displayed and click “Assign”.

Now, you can view the “Team manager” duly updated.

6. View the list of people included in a team

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail. Select a specific type of team and select the team you need to view in detail. Then, access the specific tab to view the complete list of people included in the team you are analysing.

Then, access the specific tab to view the complete list of resources included in the team and add a new one.

The complete list of resources is displayed. Select the person to be added and click on the specific function to proceed.

You can now view the person you have just selected duly included in the list of resources.

8. Remove people from a team

Observe the Key activities indicators in the dashboard widget and check the number, type and distribution of teams in managed structures. Access the main page to analyse the complete list of teams in detail. Select a specific type of team and select the team you need to view in detail. Then, access the specific tab to view the complete list of people included in the team you are analysing, identify the resources to be removed and use the specific function to proceed with this operation.

Go down to view the total number of people. It is reported at the end of the list on the left.

Then, check the list more in detail and identify the resource to be removed from the team. You simply need to click “Delete” to proceed.

Confirm your operation by clicking “Yes” in the warning message that will be displayed.

You can now verify that the resource is not belonging anymore to this team.
